I ordered 2 iPhone cases
I ordered 2 iPhone cases. It took over 3 weeks for them to arrive. I purchased a different one from another company after waiting more than 2 weeks. In my attempt to return these 2 unopened cases I have sent 4 emails requesting a refund and return shipping instructions with no response. Both phone numbers posted on their website do not work (one disconnects after one ring and the other states “this call cannot be completed”). I have asked for a call back with no response.

Wrong item, no answers till i reported to my cc
Seems scammy. Ordered a leather wallet case for $27+ but was shipped a very thin plastic look-a-like with no place to put any cards. No response to several emails asking how to return for refund or correct item. Update Feb 2025... after reporting to my cc card, I recieved a refund and "return process started". After a week, tho, no word. Maybe they're just overwhelmed and not scamming.

Deceptive product descriptions and photos online and awful shipping time
Shipping time was awful, around 2 weeks. Product description and photos weren’t accurate. I ordered two leather iPhone cases, one in “midnight” and one in black, and while these colors sound similar the photos on their website made them out to be two quite different colors with black being more of a charcoal gray and midnight being a very dark black.
After waiting two weeks, I ended up receiving two identical cases both labeled “black” on their boxes. I tried contacting customer service thinking I’d received the wrong product but never received a response. And frankly I didn’t want to wait another 2-3 weeks by shipping back one of the phone cases and waiting for another.
Lastly, while the quality of the finish on the case is very good (equivalent to an Apple brand leather iPhone cases) the fit is not. It’s concerningly loose in the top right corner due to the camera cutout, to the point that I’m worried that if I were to drop my phone the case might pop off.

My iPhone 16 Pro Max case arrived in a timely manner, and it is the correct color. However, it seems just slightly too big, and the button covers aren’t sturdy enough, so I keep accidentally hitting the side buttons due to lack of rigidity. Would not buy again.

SCAMMING COMPANY
This is a scamming company. Do NOT buy any Apple products from them. Their products do not come as advertised. When I ordered the Apple iPhone case in their yellow color with the MagSafe, what I got was a thin, yellow case with the MagSafe logo completely visible with an ugly, green hue. The real Apple MagSafe logo is supposed to be almost completely invisible on the cases when it’s brought up to the light. I did not even do that; it was this ugly, hideous green logo of the MagSafe right on there…on a yellow case. I tried two times to contact them to help me return it, but their links to get customer service is just an error page. Their phone number for this company went to voicemail for not even the company, but it was just a random automatic robotic voice that didn’t even say it was the company themselves. I had to get my bank involved. This company has been ignoring all my emails to help me return this so called Apple iPhone case, but has constantly been emailing me thanking me in “joining their company”, to see if I want to check out new stuff, and to even leave a review, NEVER will buy anything from this again.

The case started warping after only a…
The case started warping after only a week or regular use (no drops, nothing), one of the corners of the phone started popping out and there is a strange little bend in the rim of the case near one of the buttons. I don't think the case is protective any longer—that popping out corner would not protected if the phone fell. That's too bad because I really like the color and feel of the case.
