The customer service telephone number no one picks up. Very disappointed and would never order from this company again.

I ordered a phone case and glass protector, received confirmation and payment processed through bank. Since Aug 12th, says ready to ship but nothing but a non trackable shipping number. I wanted to cancel but there is no way to cancel the order that i can find.

The store is a complete scam
The store is a complete scam; do NOT purchase anything from this website. I ordered an Apple iPhone case and eleven days later - according to their own tracking system - the item remains unshipped. Given that the tracking number is preceded with "YunExpress," I strongly suspect the proprietor is a front for a Chinese grifter intended to give the misleading impression that they are a U.S.-based company. Additionally, if you click on their return and refund policy, it is written in unintelligible English and provides no rationale process for recourse. Fortunately, I made the purchase with an American Express and they have suspended payment.
