I bought 2 shirts from Vogueliberty, unfortunately it was not like the picture and when I asked for a return/ refund they refused. The policy states a guaranteed return or refund if the customer is not satisfied. Very difficult to contact their customer support…just cheating customers! Not a good way to conduct business!

They promise to customise length take money and send u short top and stop taking calls

Their shirt sizes are all wrong. When you order 2xl they send you large. Then when you want to exchange the shirts they just keep saying it will get changed but they don't do anything. No refund no exchange you are just stuck and no response from them. Very very bad service never buy from them

Very bad material and bad service. Their webpage says that they will refund if we are dissatisfied with their product. But they won't honour their words. Very bad experience. In these times of good marketing ,when everyone gives good service , these type of people won't last.

The website says you can return and take refund within 7 days for the products if not satisfied, however the customer service (takes ages to answer only on watsapp they will not take return, only exchange), they never answer calls as they know the reason, they are cheaters, also have blocked the instagram comments, so people cant comment their bad experience with them, as they sell due to marketing on insta. Never buy from their website as its false info published about returns and very poor customer service, never reply to emails or answer calls as they know they are cheating the customers. I informed them i will tag them and give the reviews they are ok with it!!

Worst service ever , I did not read the previous reviews and ordered. I did not like the fabric. It said return within 7 days. But only exchange they said later, and that too only colour can be changed in same series it seems. Cant be exchanged with any product as well. Such a cheaters.For getting a reply we need to type so many messages. If you are satisfied we will accept returns they said. It is not the case. No one should buy from them.

The shirt turned out to be exactly as shown in the picture.And the sizing was perfect!
The courier was fantastic.

Very bad experience.The collar of the shirt is very large like a man's shirt and when I am trying to put a request of replacing it,I am being blocked

The service and quality are terrible. I ordered two shirts, but the collars are very stiff and look like men's shirt collars. I requested a refund or exchange but received no response. They don't deserve even a single star. I would not recommend buying from them. Their ads may be enticing, but don't be fooled.

It's a scam website. The product quality and measurements are not as per what's mentioned on the website so U have to return them. But then they don't accept returns and when u ask for exchange, they lie to u that the products you selected are unavailable whereas you can clearly buy them from their website. They just want to take your money and scam you by sending you bad and cheap quality products and not provide you with any option whatsoever. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Very poor quality of clothing and fashion. What they show in the website is not what you get. It’s bad and poor! They are foolish g customers big time with the pictures and highly priced for the poor quality of clothing g! They are cheaters. They are not ready take returns and refund the money! Big time frauds

My friend ordered 2 shirts from this website. The quality is pathetic and not all matching to what they have shown in their website. The quality is really poor and can't even use the product. And really frustrated with their customer support. We had called multiple times but no one picks the call instead they cut the call. They give response over WhatsApp but that too after chasing multiple times with nos satisfactory response. They don't even stick to their return policy in which they mentioned even if there is slightest disappointment with the quantity they are gonna accept return and issue refund. But in actual case they don't respond to our messages neither refund our money. They are looting people's money. Be aware. Pls report this website.

There should be something below 1 star because these people don’t even deserve this.
Quality of their products is so tacky, and their customer service is the worst.
Return policy clearly states that items can be returned for any quality issues, & when we reach out to them, they reject the return request stating only damaged items can be returned, such scamstars.
They better READ what’s stated on their site.
Don’t waste your money by spending on their low-grade products.

I wanted to return the product however they don't do that although it's clearly mentioned in their return policy.

They sell a sub standard product.. the prints are no way near the pics displayed and the it has pathetic fabric. Dont be fooled by the ever running discounts, the product shipped is not worth more than Rs. 500. Also they basically are frauding people by making them belive that they have a return or exchange policy. When you contact them for return or exchange they will completely ghost on You. I have tried contacting them multiple times but its of no use. I have now asked my lawyer ro initiate a consumer complaint against them so that others dont get befooled.

Denied to take back products as it’s clearly mentioned in there website that hassle free returns but they are asking for exchange and also they have blocked my number, very shameless people, it shows how they cheat people buy there polished schemes anyways I am filing complaint against there company and will then post on social media
