Utterly disappointing experience.
They don’t have a system for initiating return only. They have mentioned that of you’re even slightly disappointed then you can return the item. That should have been the first clue to know what kind of cheats these people are. Some action must be taken against them.

Had a very sad experience. The print of the shirt is nothing like what is shown in the pic. Initiated return the same day with a picture of the shirt and no response for straight 4 days. The shiprocket platform works only until the garment is delivered. Post that it ghosts you.
seems like money is lost . Will never shop again !

Worst product and fake policy. Don’t trust this site and their products.They won’t accept return and no refund.

Dear all, I am experiencing the same harassment( not responding to calls and whatsapp chats) by this seller for last 15 days ...they are not refunding my money for the product which I had returned (due to its poor quality) and received by the seller. This seems a fraud and we should all complain about this company on National Consumer helpline and later on cyber crime as this company seems a fraud . And It should be in public notice.. that not to buy any article from VOGUE LIBERTY. If you wish to join me I am soon starting a signature campaign against this seller on all platforms. You are most welcome to join me and kindly raise your grievances 1800-11-4000 .This fraud should be in government notice for strict action.

Absolutely horrible product and quality. Return and refund policy is simple on the website but they are now refusing to accept. They are insisting on an exchange which I do not want. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM

I ordered two shirts which were not comfortable. I ordered for a larger one. Again the order came of the same original size. This whole ordeal took almost 25 days. Now that I want to return the item they do not pick up the calls and neither are they responding to what’s app message.

Worst experience as no one is responding to calls and messages...I ordered a shirt which I wanted to return..but no one is answering from this site..pathetic experience...

I ordered two shirts a few days ago. Never received. Now they are closed. So appears to be fraud.

The fabric of the shirt is not good. The shirt collar and cuff had filling of some paper type like older times which keep it stiff only until not washed. The look in the videos were different that the product when reached. So not happy with the product. Wanted to buy some more as the designs were good. But dropped the idea after getting this shirt.

I ordered a shirt sized 3xl and I received a toy sized small shirt. And I paid 1200/- for this sub-quality, sub-sized shirt. Is this some money-phishing scam site?

It has been 10 days since I placed an order on this company. I have not received the material. I have sent them an email, but there is no response. I tried calling the number given on their site, but it is switched off. Doesn't seem like a genuine company.

The stuff you use is good but the style to make is really not good … the collar is very very stiff … same with sleeves cuff .

The Length is really not making any sense … need to big long.

Need give back what I bought .
