Ordered on May 7th and still have not received my package. I had to contact support myself after weeks of waiting, only to be told it was likely “lost in transit.”

Poor communication, no tracking, and no real compensation for the delay. Support was polite, but the overall experience was very disappointing. Would not recommend.

Never received my order. Only after I followed up did they offer to send another package. Very disappointing and not transparent.

This company should not be alllowed to rip anymore Americans off. I bought women’s leakproof underwear they claimed would absorb 3 cups of urine. Most leak proof underwear is talking about absorbing Tablespoons. This held the urine but didn’t absorb anything!to get a refund, I need to send the product back to China. They aren’t “set up” to give refunds to Americans.

This company is garbage,never ever never ever ever ever ever again im not gonna buy anything from this company

No customer service. I have emailed them over 10 times trying to swap a product I bought that was the wrong colour.
I would throughly avoid this company, they take your money and won't follow up if anything goes wrong. AVOID!!

My brush was very dry to the point of unusable

My order arrived after a couple weeks only to find that both of the beard pens were completely dried out! Useless! Right out of the box I never got one single use out of them, and this is the 2nd time this has happened so I will no longer use this brand. Extremely disappointed 😞

I have been waiting for almost 3 months to get my products. The only response I received is that you are at mercy of your shippers and you have no control of the shipping process, as a customer I dont mind and only want to receive what I purchased. Although I have being your customer for several months, I am thinking of giving up and cancel my recurring purchase.

I bought 3 beard pens and two were dried out upon receiving. I let customer support know and they were great at handling the issue. They sent out two beard pen replacements. But upon receiving the two replacements, they also were dried out.

I received the product but the lid was not on. Which caused it to the dry out

I’ve been using the beard filler pencil for years and can’t recommend it enough. The customer care is also great! 5/5!

Ordered the beard stater pack speedy delivery as usual slight issue with the volume pen got in touch with customer care and was dealt with straight away 5 star service 👍

i asked more than once for tracking number after i choose shipping with tracking number , and i was only to ld to wait 5-7 working days , this is second week after my purchase and nothing yet

By far the best Void pen from VOID. And the best in general. This gives a very natural look with the three prong applicator.

I purchased a volume pen in my last order unfortunately this does not seems to work nothing seem to come out, I have used more pressure when using but this does not seem to work
