Well when I first got with you'll

Well when I first got with you'll. It was good accurate and I got my number the same Day or night I applied. Customer service was really good explaining everything some I could understand. Thank you'all so much I Love my Service. and the Equipment did not take long to get here it was easy to hook up.

I need more help

I got great help, but I am still waiting for All my phone phones to work properly
Some people tell me that they can't get through to me and I can't make outgoing calls on All my phones. I would appreciate more help. Kathy Seibel

Worst company I have ever worked with

Worst company I have ever worked with!

After the payment they blocked all my phone numbers due to "fraudulent" activity, but they have all the records of our calls that simply show our daily business activities ( we are an experienced dispatch enterprise)

We requested a phone number be ported…

We requested a phone number be ported on the 16th when we ordered the Voiply equipment. The phone still is not working yet. We keep getting told we will be notified when everything is done.

Now in 14 days we will be charged another months fees and still no phone.

Everything arrived on time and setup…

Everything arrived on time and setup was easy. The phone system has been working well for two weeks. The only thing we do not like is that you can't access voice messages with your landline phone. They come via email. Although message notification does come via SMS text, you can only send notifications to one cell phone.
