Didn't adequately describe what was…


Didn't adequately describe what was needed pre order and said that I would need a router to adapt to an Xfinity router. This was not necessary and not used. In the meantime some service folk kept asking about something that that V'ply had provided thru a third party.
When we installed the system call in service was very helpful in getting a phone number and advising on setup

Best value, easy setup and installation …

After some research I found that Vioply was going to be the best value for me. Signing up was easy, I did everything on line, I just followed the prompts, keyed in my location and it allowed me to choose my home phone number! Once completed, you receive an email letting you know you should receive a tracking number and the package should get shipped within 3 to 5 days . The only thing I did not receive was my tracking number, when I messaged the company about it, they apologized and informed me my package was actually out for delivery that day, and I did receive it. I opened my box and read the directions twice just to ensure I connected it correctly and all the equipment was accounted for. ✅ I followed the directions step by step and voila everything worked out perfectly! I don’t use it much, but it brings me peace of mind because I know right where it is and so does my grandbaby. If I have an emergency I won’t be running around looking for my cell, and others that don’t know me personally don’t know I have a phone, which I also like especially since Voiply offers e911 service which means I don’t even have to speak ( if I couldn’t) and they would still know where I’m located! I also like app documents all calls, you can check your voicemail and if you utilize the WiFi calling and text, you can email yourself important text messages if necessary. They offer a lot of features I just haven’t needed to use them all but they’re definitely beneficial. Price, value, service, ease of connecting, peace of mind knowing I have an outside line , well worth it.

Note: I chose the option of paying for the year in advance, don’t let the taxes discourage you , every company has to charge those fees, at the end of the day Voiply is the best value by far!

Best VOIP

I was using Optimum internet and phone services. I decided to switch the phone into a VOIP. After searching, I concluded that VOIPLY is best for me because I can keep using my existing phones and it provides free unlimited international calls.

The setup and porting were super easy. I received the small hardware first and had only to wait for the number porting to be completed. I didn't have to do anything with Optimum at all. Everything was as expected. All I had to do was to plug in power, ethernet and phone cables into the box. This was the easiet setup I have ever done. Everything is working perfect.

I strongly recommend.

terrible service problems quitting

terrible service gave me mis-information to get me to sign up. Horrible overseas customer service that was totally unhelpful, as was their documentation. DO it did ot work for me, and when I wanted t cancel, so much for their money back deal- they wanted to charge me a fee to cancel a phone number change request that had not yet happened. Just say no.

easy hook up

We have been with voiply for several months now. getting started was easy hooking up took maybe 5min. it has been working perfectly. we had our old number ported so we did not have to contact anyone to give out a new number.that took about a week,but worth the wait. I would highly recommend voiply
