Superb coffee,excellent service what’s not to like

Damaged item (due to transit) was replaced with no fuss. Coffee beans smell amazing, haven’t tried them yet as bought for my son.

My husband started buying the Volcano decaf which is excellent but got me hooked on the other blends. The Panettone coffee is outstanding- I’m slightly panicking that it’s limited edition as it’s my favourite ever coffee and perfect in Winter (it’s Christmassy but would be lovely year round). I served it to all our guests over the holidays and it was a BIG hit! My usual is the Mount blend which he has on subscription and is incredible and fragrant but the Panettone is really delicious.

I ordered from Volcano the first time on the 16th Dec, received despatch notice just like another reviewer on the 17th, no coffee by the 19th. Emailed the order address and received a reply within an hr to apologise for the delay. Coffee arrived on the 22nd as stated on their email. Subsequent emails were replied very quickly too, which was impressive at this time of the year.
I have been ordering coffee online from different small companies for the last few years and never been back to the same brand. This will be the first brand that I will reorder from in the future.

I'm new to whole beans. Thi s is my 7th roaster. And by far the best. So good I've trebled my coffee intake. Just got to force myself to stop drinking so much.

Ordered a presentation pack as Christmas gift Tuesday 16th December. The system said it was despatched 17th December but by 22nd it had still not arrived. Called customer service - permanently engaged. Sent whatsapp - no reply. Webchat - autoresponse from AI saying order had been despatched. Won't be ordering again.

UPDATE - after I left this review the company was in touch and sent a replacement delivery - and not only that, when the original turned up a week later they refused my offer to return it which was very generous of them. It seems the delay in the original order was down to Royal Mail and was not the fault of Volcano.

I purchased a selection gift box for Christmas. It was very well presented and can't wait to try some of the coffee, that smells amazing!!

Delivered on time, well packaged. Very nice tasting coffee.

Poor service. I never received this package neither the refund. Disappointing!

I use a mix of Brixton and Toffee Apple (80% / 20%) and brew it on stove top in a cezve (turkish coffee style). And it makes an outstanding cup of coffee in terms of the richness and depth of taste!

Great delivery and very well packaged. It is a Christmas present for my coffee loving son so can't say about the quality of the beans.

So far so good. Purchased for a Christmas present so cannot comment on the taste etc. The ordering, payment, dispatch & delivery has been faiultless.
