All our features and fees are listed upfront so that you can decide whether they work for you or not before you commit to the platform in any way.

There are no extra fees for conversions between crypto and fiat, these take place at our internal exchange rate with no additional fees on top. We are proud to say that we are working hard to deliver crypto prices that are usually better than on most similar platforms.

Stablecoin deposits, especially in networks other than ERC-20 and TRC-20, are very cheap with fees starting at $0.5 per deposit.

All our card fees are listed in PDF documents that you can download and review before you order the card. Most banks and POS terminals do not charge extra fees on top of that. We would like to point out that most crypto-enabled cards have limited regional availability, usually Europe-only, while several of our cards are available internationally.

This seems to be your 3rd 1-star review of our platform with various claims made throughout your continued feedback that are not actually true, with all due respect. We would like to address them below.

First and foremost, our website contains no information suggesting in any way that wallet topups are free.

P2P transfers between personal accounts are indeed free. But these are not the same thing as topups. Topup (deposit) features and fees are listed in Fees on the public website, and in the Deposit Funds area inside your account. For the features that have fees, all associated fees are clearly shown next to respective features.

The USDT TRC-20 deposit fee that you mention is listed on the deposit page. It is quite common these days, related to the nature of the TRX blockchain.

To pay a smaller deposit fee of just $0.50, we recommend alternative USDT protocols: BEP20, Polygon, Solana, AVAXC, Optimism, Arbitrum, TON.

Furthermore, with regular crypto like BTC, LTC, Ripple, TON, there would be no deposit fee at all, just the blockchain network fee.

No $3 fee was ever charged on our side, our records do not show anything like it. This seems to be the fee you paid in your third party crypto wallet.

Similarly, there is no information on our website stating that card loads are free. All cards have lists of features, limits and fees, also available as PDFs you can download and review before you order the card. For every card offered, all possible fees are listed, including the load fee. This information is absolutely available beforehand. The cards are actually third party products, offered in collaboration with external card providers, banks and similar companies.

Overall, all features and fees are available before you sign up or commit to the platform in any sort of way. Fees are also shown on every transaction page before you confirm any actual movement of funds. We absolutely disagree with your claim that the fee structure is not disclosed. Anyone can easily see it is disclosed both on the public website and inside the user area on multiple steps of every payment type.

We apologize if the information posted has been confusing, but as long as no claims about free topups or card loads have ever been made by us, which is something anyone can see for themselves, we do not quite see what exactly should have been done differently on our side. It is extremely important for us to disclose all important information beforehand and avoid any small print. This is the foundation of all our communication.

All our features and fees are listed upfront, nothing should ever come as a surprise. The public website does not contain any information suggesting you can send money to a European bank account as a personal account user. You can send money to Visa and Mastercard though and it's a viable alternative. Many people use this channel every day.

As long as you see everything beforehand and can decide whether these things work for you or not before you sign up and move any money in, we are not quite sure what exactly we should have done differently.

You are welcome to respond to our request for details and point out specific issues that you came across so that we can address them and improve.

All features and fees are listed upfront on the public website so any potential user can decide whether they work for them or not. These things are easy to review before you sign up or move any money in and should not come as a surprise.

Adding new products and improving conditions are definitely our top priorities. We recommend exploring the fees, exchange rates and things like that for the entire process that you would like to carry out, e.g. selling crypto from first to last step. As opposed to looking at just one specific fee. Other platforms may have smaller individual fees, but you may as well end up getting a better deal with Volet.com considering the entire journey of your funds with all the steps included.

We also do our best to offer flexible, reliable payment services to people everywhere, not just in the EU. On the global scale, not only the fees may be competitive, but some of our products may be the only thing available to users in this or that non-EU country.

At the same time, we absolutely understand the importance of the points you mentioned and are always doing what we can do improve.

We are sorry our small inactivity fee that we charge with warnings ahead of time made you feel this way.

Many similar platforms have inactivity fees of $5 or even more, while ours is just $1 a month. Such charges may also come as monthly or annual fees for your chosen plan. But these things are very common.

We send out warning emails ahead of time so that the customer can resume using the account, or close it -- and avoid paying even the first such fee.

The fee is easy to avoid by making at least one transaction of any kind every 6 months.

We believe these conditions and our warnings that help people avoid these fees are fair and reasonable.

We have reasons to believe this review is by the same person who left a similar review from 'Hana Hamza' on our page earlier.

As part of our ongoing effort to keep our platform safe, compliant, and free from fraud, we asked a few standard questions about what exactly the customer was doing and the relationship between the paying counterparties.

Unfortunately, the replies we have been receiving have not been consistent and the story has been changing significantly over time, first involving payments for DHL services, then construction work, then in-law payments, with no consistent supporting evidence.

We will be happy to finish this check as soon as real up to date information is submitted. We do not benefit in any way from these investigations and have no reason to extend them beyond reason.
