Wanneer deze onverhoopt toch stuk gaat zorgen onze E-Doctors dat je weer snel de weg op kan. Als je zelf de handen uit de mouwen wilt steken is het ook mogelijk om onderdelen te bestellen en deze zelf te monteren.

Bought 2 scooters, both broke down

I bougth 2 electric scooters, and both were in repair. One of them came back to me after more than 6 months. Secon one had some problem. They said battery was underwater. I never opened battery cover. Never cleaned it with a water. Normal use, also at the rain. Shop said it is my fault even scooter have IPX standard. Go around Voltes

I ordered in early September it was a Christmas gift for my children two hover board firstly the delivery date kept getting changed but I was guaranteed Christmas delivery as it came closer and closer to Christmas I got nervous and was in contact with them everyday through email and phone and the assured me time and time again it they would arrive fast forward to two days before Christmas one hover board arrived and one didn’t still the assured me it would come it didn’t I had to then go buy another hover board and kart and the one I did receive from them was faulty I told them I wanted to return both and was informed that I would have to cover return delivery I’m in Ireland and this was costing as much as the hover board to be honest they were not very helpful took 500€ from my account for one faulty hover board and one that didn’t arrive until the week after Christmas avoid at all costs in my opinion

scam

Shopping in Voltes.eu is the worst thing that happened in my life! I was scammed. I ordered the electric fat bike, and during checking out I received information that it would be delivered free of charge, and according to the information on the site delivery to Italy should happen within 3-5 days. A few days after I paid for the bike, the Voltes.eu have contacted me and asked me to pay for the shipping as well. It cost me 200 € extra, I paid it immediately...and now it's been 21 days since I ordered, but I don't have a bike (Christmas present!!!)! When I turned to the customer support, after a bunch of meaningless answers with referring to tracking and automatic signatures "If you have any further questions, please let me know", I received information: "the bike was delivered to your address, and you signed for receiving it". Couple of days later, after my numerous mails and call, I received some scan of kind of fake piece of paper, according to which the goods were supposedly delivered to me. This "paper" contains totally falsified data and signed by unknown person (if this curved line someone at all can call the signature), and even as a delivery company in it stays not DHL, like the store says, but some company named (!!!) "Cheap Cargo"(!!!) ... As result, now Voltes.eu refuses to provide me the bike I had paid for or make a refund. In the lack of any visible action from Voltes.eu to solve the problem I was forced to involve the police into the case. I informed Vtoltes.eu about it, and from this time, 29.12.2022, they just stopped to answer me at all. Think about it, the delivery company is chosen by the seller, the case is totally on their responsibilities, and they do not take such urgent case seriously? I see the situation like Voltes.eu scamming me: after all, I concluded an agreement with Voltes.eu, the obligations under which Voltes.eu did not fulfill and refuses to fulfill now, even if such of behavior is illegal. In general, I don't even know what to think about the case, but it starts to seem like here we can speak about organized criminality.

Ordered Hoverboard and Kart on 1st of…

Ordered Hoverboard and Kart on 1st of November, expecting delivery mid November. Got an email saying stock delayed and would be sent on 8th December. Was sent on 13th December this was a main Christmas present and it still has not arrived (30th December). In the week before xmasI tried calling, email & messenger eventually got a reply assuring they had checked tracking and would be delivered on time.
Huge stress and upset caused. Voltes should have had adequate stock to fulfil orders for the money they took or ensured they could deliver in appropriate time. 60 days and still no delivery and cost of return to be bourne by me. My advice is to stay away from Voltes.

Poor Customer Support; alone and on your own

Ordered a Battery for the hoverboard of my son on 25th of November 2022. Contacted the company first week of December that the battery did not arrive and indicated it was a Christmas present (in total more than 10 E-mails sent to them without any sollution!). Today is the 26th of December, the parcel did not turn up, the company claims that the Dutch post did not answer their request for the parcel (which is illegitimate because it is their responsibility that parcels arrive in due time). My son was shattered that his beloved hoverboard did not work at Christmas although he made a wish. Do not order with this company, they do not care about their customers.

UPDATE: It is simply not true that VOLTES sent a new battery immediately. My first contact was on 9.12. and I explicitly indicated, that it is a Christmas Present. Only after publication on this website they sent on 28.12. a new battery far AFTER Christmas. They did not care wether it was a Christmas present and I personally had the feeling they did not care at all.

Innacurate Product Description

Ordered Shredlights Action Mount, In description it says two sticky strips included. Producte came with 2 parts out of 5 advertised. Customer service said "apologies for inconvenience" and left it there. What a disgraceful experience.

I ordered hoverboard and cart in…

I ordered hoverboard and cart in November, with expected shipment 8th of December. The 8th came and went no confirmation that item had shipped , I contacted Voltes and got a fast response to say don't worry it will be shipped soon and you will have for christmas, received a tracking number but the item hasn't moved since the 13th of received. A few more emails exchanged I requested them to launch an investigation which they said they would, No updated since the 20th I have emailed a number of times no response. Now I'm left with trying to replace the purchase so that my son will have a gift for Christmas, not a happy customer.
Update : Hoverboard arrived, however got a message to say it would arrive between 9 and 11, they arrived early, no one there so they left, then had to track them down to collect item. Hoverboard is great quality, pity about the delivery company.

I ordered a hoverboard and kart on Nov…

I ordered a hoverboard and kart on Nov 14th as main Christmas present for son- expected it to arrived at least by end of Nov -have not received at Dec 20th -stuck in transit with DHL somewhere with no help from Voltes other than to say it’ll will arrive before Xmas. Out own enquiries with DHL suggested we push Voltes (the sender) to initiate an investigation which they are doing as of today. We’re now trying to order replacements locally in Ireland at higher cost with limited availability as we have no guarantee this will arrive. I suggest Voltes should ensure they have stock and/or a reliable delivery service before taking payment.

Ordered on 11th Oct and still no delivery

Ordered 2 hoverboards on 11th October, received 1 last Friday and the 2nd is somewhere?? I’ve rang, emailed and yes I get responses but who sends out 1 hoverboard when the order was for 2? I’m interested to see if everyone received their order? 5 days until Christmas and I wish I was told the truth. Very disappointed
