Don't play on voltslot, I was playing yesterday and I had a balance of 1040 and whilst playing with a bet of 1,50 I suddenly had 45,- left I witnessed how my balance changed from 1040,- to 45,- i send an email but didn't respond yet.

Don't believe these words from voltslot.com.

The chat hasn't changed, they just don't respond to emails to support.

And the general terms and conditions are not valid if they are in a country illegally. I have asked several lawyers about this.

Voltslot.com is just lying here. The chat says that my request is still being investigated.

It all contradicts each other.

All voltslot.com has to do is refund me and other players from illegal countries.

As a Dutch citizen you can no longer register on the site. They have now blocked that.

Illegal casino

Voltslot is accepting Dutch players while they do not have a licence. I asked for a refund as I do not wish to play on there illegal website. They are keep telling me that they have a licence but that is a lie. Please all stay away from this casino and report to KSA and hopefully they get punished. Looks legit, good, safe (But is not)

Worst scam casino ever

I was doing bonus buys on some slots and then I realised they have tempered with the slots... They are not using the real slots that are published by the providers, but they tempered with the slots to probably lower the rtp. Some slots have specific mechanics when you do bonus buys. For example, if you buy a bonus on some slots, the scatters will always be on the exact same spots in a specific pattern. My first red flag was, that the scatters did not follow this pattern. The slot I did a bonus buy on, also has a 20% minimum money back guarantee. I bought 3 bonusses, and 2 bonusses paid back 1% instead of 20%, the other paid back 22%. This should also not be possible for this slot...

So I went into livechat and talked about this, and even showed them screenshots as proof. They just kept ignoring me. After a long time they finally deciced to tell me that they will start an investigation and look into it. After that, I tried to reload the casino and withdraw my remaining 300 euro on my account, because I don't want to play on a scam casino. And to my suprise they blocked my account.... I never asked for it, nor was I rude or did anything wrong. Just because I caught on to them being a scam casino, they block my account with still 300 euro on my account....

Please stay safe and stay away from these scammers
