Very good casino ,somewhat different feel.

Very good casino ,somewhat different than most. Winning days could be happening more often - that's standard.. Helpful staff, VIP manager helps when can throw a dollar or two and assisting 24/7 (almost) .Customer support a little slow but all sorted at the end. First payout took 2 days, next one was same day and has been like that since unless late hours.I feel treated in the honest manner even don't think I have won anything in the last 2 months really.Received a good personal gift on an occasion I mentioned months ago to my manager, this made difference.Thank you and I rate you 5* for the 7 months with you, just as long as I win back my money.

I like everything about it.

Nothing extraordinary, but my overall experience with Voltslot Casino has been positive.

I really like the website – it's bright, visually appealing, and intuitive. Everything I dealt with – deposits, withdrawals, bonuses – all went smoothly and quickly without any issues. Withdrawals took anywhere from 1 hour to 3 days; I'm not sure what determined the timing, but I think that's pretty good compared to other casinos.

One thing that stood out to me was that after a certain deposit amount, I was contacted by a personal manager who offered assistance. Not that I needed much help, but the attention was nice and I do love a good chat. If only he'd given me more bonuses, I would've been even happier.

Hopefully, Jan (my manager) is reading this right now, hahaha 😂

Changed my mind but company wont give me back my 200 euros!!

Have dposited 200 euros last saturday. One deposit went wrong and was not on my account so I deposited 100 more. In totally after 2 days it was on my account. I changed my mind and wanted my money back, because I had to pay a bill meanwhile. Forgot about it. Thats something what can happen..mailed the conpany directly at saturday morning. Now 5 days later still nothing happened and every time when I I chat at customer service they said I have too wait. Now I have an extra penalty because I dont have paid my bill from 40 euros. From another bill I get another penalty as well in a few days. It is a shame that whatever I write or do at the company Voltslot never give a reaction. I Just want my money back! Took too much time now and will Cost me lots of extra money!

When can I get my money back then?? On which date?
