Received my first prescription glasses from Vooglam and very happy with it.
Fabulous selection of modern looking frames at extremely good prices. Loved the “try on” section with your own face.
Ordering was easy and delivery was no issue and able to track throughout.
I’m looking to order another pair (sunglasses) plus my husband is also looking to purchase his own prescription glasses after seeing how good my look 😉

Amazing glasses, got them for pennies on one of their 24 hour flash sale. They were processed really quickly, arrived well before the delivery date, took 7 days in total from ordering to arriving, instead of the 15 to 21 days, beautifully packaged, box, pouch and cleaning cloth.Super informative tracking from ordering, processing then shipped, all can be tracked at each stage on your account,I’ve bought a few pairs of vooglams glasses, great product, you won’t be disappointed.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Superior quality vs another similar brands
I bought one pair of glasses from vooglam and another one, looking identical, from another retailer. Vooglam glasses were far superior, the other company sent unfinished product claiming it's hand painted. I will always choose vooglam and planning on buying more in the future. Glasses came with nice pouch, cleaning cloth and paper tool to measure PD ( and instructions)

Absolutely terrible service
Absolutely terrible service. My parcel was not delivered on collecting from a inpost locker the package was not my glasses. SEEL extra cover will not cover the order and redirected me to Vooglam.
I have sent multiple messages to get no response, online chat completely unhelpful and called their helpline to rack up £100 bill!!!
Disgusting customer service and I am yet to receive my order costing over £100!!!
Vooglam replied to this review saying they felt terrible yet I still have no response or resolution. I implore people to avoid them.

Best glasses I have ever had.
Glasses are more beautiful than expected. Prescription is perfect. They came packaged in this fancy box and arrived within 10days from order being placed. The frames suit me so well, the Try On feature helped so much with my frame choice. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. This is a truly deserved 5star!

Terrible
Terrible. Glasses didn’t fit so I retuned them. They said they would give me store credit once I sent the package back. They only gave me the credit back for 1 pair of glasses despite me returning both! So now £60 out of pocket and no glasses

brilliant love my glasses and it’s always been the only glasses that fit my prescription, not making it up o had to sent so many back from a different well known supplier which was such a waste of money and time, these are great quality and have also improved in durability from what i can tell. Excellent customer support
Update on earlier review. I had a problem with my eyeglasses. Customer support stepped in immediately and allowed me to return the glasses. Turns out, it wasn't the eyeglasses but a problem with my eyes. That got corrected and now the glasses work fine. I ended up keeping them and won't hesitate to order again.
