Beware of these scammers. I had to unsubscribe from 2 sites, came two letters to pay the fees. I paid then directly, yet still got letters with notices. I ignored it assuming they haven’t checked my transactions yet. Reminders came again. I contacted then the CS and lady called Elena was in charge of my claim. To my surprise she brought up 2 order numbers which didn’t match with the ones I got on my mails and stated that I haven’t paid. I provided all the proofs but always useless answers. Of course my own experience but looking at the negative feedbacks on the website I’m not surprised anymore by how horrible they are. DISAPPOINTING

They are scammers, charge 35 Euro for nothing. Never pay them. One must not pay just for nothing.

Terrible! Very terrible service!!! I booked a flight via Opodo. I had to register for opodo prime. And what happened next? It was very hard to finally withdraw from prime. Then, I kept receiving invoices dor ?? Cancellation services. I never signed up for that service. I googled: termination experts is scam. They ask for invoices, keep sending them. Send reminders via Email and via letter: your amount is overdue.
I reported every single Email to the customerservice. I keep receiving messages: we cannot find any data.
Disgusting business!!!!
I might change this review IF they finally erase all of my data!

I have finally received an answer because of my review here.
I will give them one more star because finally: things have been solved.
Anyways: no one knows why we have to pay for a contract cancellation!! No one can tell if their service is legally correct. I doubt it. At least: case resolved because customer service can be reached via email. Hopefully my data will be erased, finally.

They scammed me of so much money each time I pay them for something I didn’t sign up for they keep sending me more money to pay am literally 18 years old am tired of paying them more money from my pocket for no damn reason they keep sending me more me emails treatning me I also think to commit sucide because every email they send to me they say they going to report to the debt collector org which I never knew this website I didn’t provide or processed with anything with them this is unacceptable I can’t live in fear every single day they need to be stopped

SCAM. Do NOT(!!!) give them your information. They will pester you with mails and demand money threatening legal action every month. In my case they didn't even do the thing I "requested" (it was an online trap to get my information) and demanded that i pay for their "service".

They created a false termination letter and are now using it against me. I strongly believe this termination letter was never sent to LichtBlick. Every week they increase my payments by €5, and at the same time LichtBlick has also increased my charges. I feel that I have been scammed by this company

They first attracting you with free service in a advertising then sending you a bill of 35 € to just sending a postcard to the receiver....

I totally think this company is for scammers,
They wrote a letter for termination of Disney for me but at the beginning of the process they didn’t communicate that they are charging me and on top of that I still paid for the Disney which means they were totally useless and fake. My Disney channel was not terminated and now they are demanding money for the letter they say they drafted and sent to Disney. On top of the 32€ charges they added 22.50€ of delay of payment. But what exactly I am I supposed to pay for? We need to involve the authorities to investigate exactly what this company does!!!!!!

I have already sent a review about them but they keep harassing me via texts, letters, emails!
I never used their service and I already told the police!
Stop harassing !
