Poor service
Fortunately, I haven't used the provider's service myself, but at my workplace we have been receiving termination letters for months for an organization that has never been located at this address. So the company doesn't even bother to find the correct addresses for its letters, but simply sends them somewhere. If you are still unsure whether to use this provider, I strongly advise against it.

Big scam for money.
Big scam. They just write bills but don't do anything. When you want to visit their website antivirus pops up because they want to spy your pc. do not trust and do not pay.
Try to open their website. It's not even possible. My virus scanner pops up and says there is a vulnerability caught. They claim to have written to cancel a contract. Never saw this writing and the cancellation was made by ourselves.

How can this be legal?
I‘m a 19-year-old broke college student. Because I COULDN’T pay for my monthly 15€ WWF donations I wanted to terminate the contract. I didn’t even understand the fact that this company was going to demand twice the money I donate every month since they tried their best to hide it. This is unacceptable. I have to pay 32€ and I honestly can not afford it. I am really frustrated and don’t know how I’m supposed to earn this money since I don’t have a job. I hope they’re ashemed of themselves.

Total scam — they send invoices for services you never asked for!
Stay far away from Termination Experts. I never ordered anything from them, yet they sent me a bill. I thought I was cancelling a subscription — not hiring a “cancellation company.” Their website tricks you into thinking you’re using the real provider’s form.
This is a scam in all but name. Many others have had the same experience, and it’s shocking that they’re allowed to operate.
I’ve officially disputed the charge and reported them to the consumer authorities.
Don’t pay, don’t trust them, and spread the word!

Hi,
I am also a victim of their service. I wanted to cancel an unwanted eDreams Prime subscription that was charged without my permission, and I ended up on your website. I didn’t realize it was a separate company. Now I’ve received an invoice from you and also a reminder of 22 euro penalty for not paying ontime.
There was no price mentioned when I submitted my cancellation request. The eDreams Prime subscription was already a scam, amd I solved it finally by calling eDreams and oaying 15 euro for calling costs. now the cancellation process feels like another one.

Fraudulent Company (Termination Experts)– Legal Action Warning
The company deceptively presents its service as free, with no mention of fees or charges at any point. Days later, I was suddenly confronted with a €35 payment demand and threats of additional charges. I have never agreed to pay for any service, nor have you provided proof of my consent or acceptance of any contract.
This conduct is fraudulent and violates European consumer protection laws, which require clear, upfront disclosure of all costs (Directive 2011/83/EU). Your repeated demands and lack of transparency are grounds for legal action.
I have already reported your company to multiple authorities and consumer protection agencies. I will not pay, and I reserve the right to seek compensation for damages. Any further harassment will be documented and reported to the police.
Cease all contact immediately. Continued demands will result in formal legal proceedings under EU law.

Some time ago, we suddenly received an email from Termination Experts claiming that we had instructed them to cancel our Netflix subscription and that we would have to pay 32 euros for it. We had no knowledge of this at all, and thought it was spam. After a few more threatening emails, the amount increased to 70 euros. We sent them an email explaining that we were unaware of this, but the threatening emails continued to arrive, claiming that they would contact a debt collection agency. It is really outrageous that we are being deceived in this way. I am on my way to file a complaint against this fraudulent company.

Absolute fraudsters
Absolute fraudsters. Sending threatening letters to my 16 year old son stating they’ll be referring him to a collection agency! He’s a minor who thought he was cancelling a subscription that he hadn’t knowingly agreed to in the first place and must have ended up on their site. It’s hardly lawful to send threatening letters to minors, I’ll take this matter further if I need to.
