I can not believe this company is allowed to operate! My son is being threatened by termination experts for an unpaid invoice. My son had no idea this company was sending a letter for him, they came up on the companies website my son was trying to cancel a subscription for and he was unaware of the fees attached as hes a minor. This was a tiktok store who obviously have a scam running with termination experts. Termination experts say my son must have searched for them, he did not do this and would not know this was even a thing.
I am so cross the company are working with other companies to target vulnerable people.

I did one of those stupid IQtests on Facebook and that was it a month later I found that by doing this you automatically sign up for monthly payments,as soon as I realised I rang the IQ cancellation number ,I then get payment demands for cancelling from this company who I have never heard of it's a complete scam.

Never asked this company to do something for me. My english is very good and I am clever to do simple things myself... I cancelled my JP subscription throught JP website , they no need any legal letters or prove its just ticking the box with reason why. Those experts trying to say they done job for me (clearly not) and asking to pay money. Sending me emails with prove they sent to Juice plus but those links not working and I cant open them. I also emailed JP and they said its a scam I can easily cancel subsription myself whenever I wanna without anyones help.

Termination experts are scammers. You try to cancel your subscription online and it comes immediately to you thinking that is the right platform to cancel your subscription. Then they and up changing you £30 for cancellation fees whilst the service you want to cancel is free on the company’s platform. Please avoid them and never use them. They are ripe offs. If you want to cancel any subscription please go to the main company’s website and cancel for free instead of using them for ridiculous fees.

I used termination experts to cancel my on that **s membership. Bare in mode I never check my emails so tell me one day in js minding my business and it's a letter from this scam company telling me I had to pay for the cancellation letter which they never told me I would have to. So I checked my emails to see that they have been piling reminder fees onto the the amount I didnt even know I had to pay anything in the first place. I don't want to pay as I feel this is a scam but they keep of sending me threatening emails and they are going to get legal action involved and i don't know what to do.

No legitimate company would operate like they do, nothing is clear and we did not search for their services, I have the same situation and I know that distance selling as this is supposed to be, must be clear and transparent they also are not able to send correspondence immediately!
A long time ago I had an issue with Orange phone company, they kept trying to get money out of me that was not owed, I argued it with them a day before the court date they backed down and withdrew their claim, this company is now EE.
Termination Experts are a 100% a scamming company with deceitful tactics and a clever website.
I won’t be paying TE, I may have mistakenly clicked something not clearly marked on their site but as all of you I didn’t ask them to cancel my subscription, I did that myself straight after leaving their site.

I would write 0 star if I could. They have been sending me letters since June, threatening me now saying ‘if you don’t pay we’re going to take legal action’ … they want to trick you!! Do not pay a penny. They have sent 2 letters to my house now. I blocked their email, what freaks me out is that they have my personal details, even my address. Creepy. I just feel sorry for all the vulnerable, disabled and old people that may fall for their trap. How do people like this sleep at night? get a real job like the rest of us instead of scamming the innocent!

I have been receiving threats letters and mails from this company I do not know of after trying to cancel my monthly donation to animal charity.
I only went to cancel the subscription on the company website, so I don’t know how they got my information and I already called the charity about the letters and mails, I was told they do not know them and some of their customers have complained the same, so I should ignore it.
But I’m so distressed because I do not know this company to start with so why will I need them to help me cancel a subscription, which they didn’t do because I did call the company on the phone to cancel myself, only to receive letter and threatening mails from termination experts few weeks later😔how they found my details is what shocked me the most. Now I regret ever donating in the first place.

I have been extremely stressed by them and their constant threatening emails.
I actually did try to pay, frequently, and have only just connected my cards being blocked with my attempt to pay this company.
