This is obviously a dropshipping scam. Unfortunately I read the reviews here after buying the product, asked them where it came from and they said US while it was being shipped from China; product feels increadibly badly made and I wouldn't trust it near my skin. Customer service is not helpful and return costs are high, don't buy!

I had a problem with my delivery due to some system issues, but customer service came through from me!!

I placed an order and after reading some alarming reviews, I emailed to cancel within one hour. Customer support replied that they couldn’t cancel because orders are processed automatically and directed me to their return/guarantee policy instead. Their refund policy mentions an 18% service fee for returns. After I left a factual comment on their Instagram ad about my experience, I was blocked/restricted from viewing their account.

When I looked through their online reviews/Instagram comments, I personally noticed what looked like repeated accounts posting similar praise. I can’t verify authenticity, but it didn’t reassure me.

I’m sharing this so other customers read the refund/shipping terms carefully before ordering.

I have severe alopecia (lost all of my hair twice). I have used the wand for about 1 month now and have noticed hair coming in over all of my head with minimal bald spots. I am anxious to continue to use it for the full amount of time suggested!
I had issues that customer service was helpful at resolving and good about responding to promptly.

Had a fault with the wand and they have replaced the part, no issues

This product has been very great! I have had trouble with early stages of hair loss and this product has given me hope on a better way to restore my hair! Highly recommended!

Genuinely this wand made a huge difference for me. It does make my hair look and feel thicker, but additionally it also gives it a great way to style. I have very thin fine hair and this wand actually gives it some texture without the need for styling products that would normally weigh it down 10 for 10 I would recommend this to anybody thin hair or thick hair this is a really amazing hair care tool.

I love my Vortex Wand. My hair is noticeably filling in where I had hair loss, and is noticeably thicker. This technology is awesome and customer service is very helpful and fast to respond!

This is not a reputable company whatsoever.
On January 4, 2025 I ordered this hair wand which stated I would receive it in 10 days or less.
As of February 24, 2025 I had not received it. I sent multiple emails and called the phone number which does not have a professional business voicemail, but a regular person’s voicemail.
To no avail. No response.
I decided i didn’t want to keep it when i received it which was Feb 26, 2025
I sent emails to request a return address and mentioned I wanted to return this item. I had got it for a gift for someone but it didn’t arrive in time.
I got the address in an email reply to one of the multiple emails I sent regarding returning this hair wand.
They provided me with an address in China and said I was responsible for paying for the shipping.
$48.80 for shipping on 4/8/25 to return it after spending $217 for the wand itself.
Sent tracking number in an email to the person who sent me the return address.
I reached out by email a minimum of two times a week with shipping updates. Never got a response.
Finally on Oct 24, 2025 I received a response to an email where I let it be known my level of disappointment and frustration with a company who takes your money and has zero regard for it’s customers.
The fact that I didn’t get any response or feedback in several months is beyond unprofessional.
I was notified through informed delivery with USPS that it was out for delivery in China after 4 months trying to clear customs, and a couple weeks later I checked the tracking number and it said it was undeliverable.
Magically there’s no way it could be delivered, and the return address (mine) isn’t present.
The next update said it was en route to New Jersey, and arrived at the post office with no return address listed. It’s considered lost mail. I live in Southern California. Not sure why it was sent to New Jersey?!
I know darn well it was legible on the shipping address as well as the return address label.
I do not recommend anyone purchase anything from this company.
I’m out all the money I spent, months of waiting, unable to be returned and lost in the mail. And they do not care.
I can’t emphasize it enough that their customer service is horrible.
I truly feel I was scammed.
No wand, and no refund.
Threw away over $250 of my hard earned money to a scandalous business

So I am editing my review here. After I placed my order for their Mushroom which is one of their tools that goes on their wand, which was back on Oct 29th, I never got my product from them that I paid for. It is now Dec 15th and with the exception of one response saying they are working on it, they stopped responding to my messages!
This is feeling more and more like SCAM!!!

So my Mushroom Electrode broke, but they did say that if I put in a good review for them,that they would lower my cost for it from $75 down to $30.
While I am using a few different things I do believe that the wand is also helping to grow my hair in.

I have used the Vortex Hairgrowth Serum for more than a year and it has definitely helped my thinning hair to get thicker. I having aging alopecia and the front and back of my hair was starting to thin. (I'm a lady) Since I've been using this serum my hair has dropped less hair and has gotten thicker. Not super thick, but certainly more thick. I'm happy I found it. You should use it consistently as with anything you want to work over time.

This product feels like it’s actually doing something. Not just stimulating my scalp to bring out dormant hairs, but also making my current hair look fuller! Even my husband is interested and has tried it out. I had an issue and customer service responded in a timely manner with a solution. The product shipped quickly so I could get started right away. It’s become an essential part of my night time self care routine.

I haven’t had the chance to try the wand long enough to share results, however the customer service is very responsive and taking care of the client and doing things the right way. Excited to try the wand.

Love it. I can feel the stimulation is working. Cant wait to see results.

I love my Vortex Wand...My hair is noticeably filling in where I had experience hair loss, especially around one area of my hairline. I learned of stimulating the hair follicles using this method in cosmetology school. Vortex Wand had made this technique available to all.

I ordered one for my friend in the US for her birthday and honestly, I was a soo nervous at first, I wasn’t sure if it would actually arrive or if I was getting scammed. But their CS was super kind and reassuring. My friend got it and says she’s loving it so far 👌🏻
