My husband and I had an exceptional experience with Ibrar while planning our Umrah. From the very beginning, he was professional, patient, and incredibly friendly. He carefully listened to our preferences and arranged a fantastic Umrah package that suited our needs perfectly.
He booked excellent 5-star hotels in both Makkah and Madinah and took care of every detail, including our transportation and Ziyarat tours. Everything was well organized, allowing us to focus on our worship without any stress.
What stood out the most was Ibrar's kindness and genuine care. He treated us with warmth and respect, making us feel like family. By the end of the process, he truly felt like a younger brother to us, Alhamdulillah.
