Terrible service and experience, never got a single letter and the customer service refused to refund me even for 2 months of inefficient "service"(I requested the cancellation after 2 months as I almost missed my tax return because of the fact I never received any letter).
Negotiating was pointless. I am not one to leave bad reviews but this time it was so appalling and so inconsiderate that I thought I'd warn other potential clients.
I STILL would love a refund.

Dear Aurore. Thank you for your review. First of all you need to understand that we just provide the address and we have no control over your post. If we receive any mails we will notify you but if we don't there is nothing we can do. I also checked the conversation you had with one of our staff and it appears that you did not use the address correctly. We did advice you that in order to find out the effectiveness of our service you can write a letter addressed to your company and see if we receive the letter and notify you but you already made your mind within 2 months that you no longer wants to be subscribed with us. It is very sad to know that you were not satisfied with our service however I still hope that you will allow us the opportunity to serve you well.
