I received prompt and efficient assistance from Customer Solutions Advisor Maisie when I ordered a gift card online and realised that I has mispelt the recipient's a name. Maisie made the required correction within minutes. Problem solved.

I had an issue with a Gift Card
I had an issue with a Gift Card that I had purchased and needed to send it to an alternative email address. Two minutes (literally!) after sending an email to a generic Customer Service email address, I had received a PDF copy which I could send however and wherever I wished. Massive compliments to Kaye Tinsley for a successful outcome.
