I ordered and got the tracking number but seems that tracking number not moving at all ( just information received)
And i didnt get my order.
I asked them via email but they have no solution. They said that their forwarded my problem to courier.
I asked my money back but no response!
SCAM! Never but it...

Trusting I was ordering a sustainable product from European origin (address in Amsterdam), I feel terribly tricked to now receive a plastic and awfully smelling handbag after two weeks through a Chinese website carrier. The smell coming out of the package is truly chemical and disgusting. Nothing sustainable about this product. I will return it straight away.

5 emails further, I finally receive a return address. In China. This does not correspond with their own information online when looking for terms and conditions. There they tell you packages can only be returned to their Amsterdam address (which I did and costs considerably less).

Interesting is this perseverance with which this so called company tries to prevent you from returning. They scare you with major prices that returning it to China will cost you. The financial bonus for not returning keeps going up: they now offer a 30% financial return if the bag is not returned.

Great bag and delivered in just 6 days, ordered one time before that one took 9 days but they informed me nicely about it. Bags are in great quality. They shipp everywhere so understand it takes more time then your local shop. Great company and great support

Loved the bag design, but when received I found that you are limited in how many items you put in the bag, the front flap sags and the clasp opens regularly dropping open front pouch.

The quality and everything is good, but they send it from China. The delivery took about 14 days. If you want it, you can buy the same product straight from AliExpress for the fraction of the Vovia price.
