More scam tricks
More scam tricks. My account "executive" was Carl d'Sousa, as they have been informed, but they just keep sending out this automated response as if I was not a customer. Twice now they claim I am not in their database, when they have been informed.
The latest: I was contacted by their "finance department." I was informed I would be receiving an immediate refund. They asked me first to withdraw the challenge on my credit card charge. I told them I would do that AFTER the funds were returned. They said they would do it immediately. 10 days now, no refund.
I think this is a scam outfit. Their "positive" reviews on Trustpilot are likely phoney. DON'T GET CAUGHT.
