I had a problem with accessibility of my host. It just suddenly stopped to response. Support expert (Luis R.) was very responsive and extremely fast. I got my server back working in just a several minutes. Luis, if you read this, thank you, you helped me a lot!

I am very happy with the service provided by VPScheap.net. I would recommend anyone to host their website here. They would never regret their decision.

Their server is not reliable and becomes unresponsive intermittently. I reported the problem, but they kept ignoring it. It cost me time and money, and after waiting for many days I moved to another provider

Besides their unreliable server, their customer service is also not professional and responds attackingly.

I have been using VPSCheap.net for a while, and for the most part it has been great. However there was one outage that took three days to resolve, so if your application is mission critical have a backup plan. With that said, you can rent two servers from VPS cheap for less than one from other hosting companies, Bear in mind that VPS Cheap is not for beginners. What you get is a bare bones server with nothing running except SSH to a command prompt. You have to set up your LAMP stack or whatever you plan to use it for from scratch. But for those experienced in Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP, you can't get a better deal anywhere else.

This does not work well! the fraud detection is broken.

Scam company. Sent me an invoice for my 3rd month, paid it, and they cancelled my entire service with no explanation. Had to do a charge back at the bank. No response from support.

There is also virtually no way to pull your stuff into a back up so when they cut you off without warning, you lose most of your work.

Totally unfit for purpose, a hosting site that takes your money and cuts you off without warning doesn't seem to understand that's literally the one thing no one wants using a VPS.

Very, very poor customer service and completely unprofessional. I asked for an Ubuntu VPS and it didn't function accordingly. Some libraries were extremely outdated and because of their outdated Linux kernel, they couldn't be upgraded.

I then contacted customer support mentioning the fact that this is very insecure and unfit for my purpose (some programs that I needed were simply not functioning on their setup because of dependencies that couldn't be installed due to the outdated kernel). They told me that because I paid for the whole year they can't refund me. I said fine, whatever, just cancelled it, because I don't want it anymore and I certainly don't want it to renew next year. I was then advised this was cancelled and will not be charged again.

It is now a year later and they have taken money from me again...

We will see if this time I can get them back. Very, very unprofessional company. I would never recommend to anyone.

I ordered a Debian VPS. There where strange libraries in use from /opt. I asked about it and got vague answers. Also the system was too slow to work in a shell and tmux core dumped. When opening a ticket you are asked for your root password.

Both performance and security are very unprofessional.

After performing an overly complex procedure to apply for the '30-day money back guarantee': suddenly no replies to my emails anymore.

I only got my money back after starting a dispute via paypal.

Complete SCAM/Fraud

I order a Ubuntu 20 VPS and paid for the year,

the VPS took over 9 hours to be setup and once was live it was running Ubuntu 16, they advised that even though they have ubuntu 20 on the order form this is not a service they can offer.

then I found the connection to the vps to be very unstable and getting a 50% packet lose.

I contacted support and they advised to get a refund I need to first cancel the VPS then there finance department cant file for the refund.

the Finance department then advised me I'm not entitled to a refund because I have paid for the year??? (Service has been cancelled)

Since I have not been given the product I have purchased and quality of service is unacceptable please provide me with a REFUND!!

I bought a VPS which wasn't accessible via SSH.
I tried to resolve the issue through the terrible FAQ, then the client service, but no one's answering.
I had to cancel the order, they don't want to reimburse me.

WORST EVER!
Bad hardware, bad software - bad service.
Daily offline server.
Slow web interface.
Even the low price is to much!

The servers are always falling, I cannot put any project without it having interruptions. I do not recommend it unless it is to learn how to use a VPS

GO SOMEWHERE ELSE
if you host a teamspeak 3 server with VPSCHEAT.NET
they gonna close your server 10 days alter.

REASON:
Our abuse prevention system flagged your service because it had over 10,000 connections and it looked to be an outbound SYN flood

THEY DONT UNDERSTAND WHATS AN TEAMSPEAK 3 SERVER.
You will loose your case in Paypal

this is the worst company i have ever dealt with . there servers are trash they keep going offline. and i am unable to install simple programs like php on there trash servers. and they refuse to refund. i am calling my credit card company and filing a charge back.
