Service is extremely bad and we are still unable to use the services we purchased - 2 weeks gone and no support
Service is extremely bad and we didn't get any support from the team for troubleshooting. Whenever the service tickets are opened its closed without providing proper solution. Overall very poor service and we are still unable to use the services we purchased 2 weeks ago.

We encourage customers to have some level of server management knowledge or engage a technical expert if needed.
