I purchased their products and was delighted. They are beautiful, of excellent quality, with beautiful designs, attention to detail, fast delivery, and excellent customer service.

They offered money through a website to give a review. After giving the review, they deleted the post without paying. All these are their bought reviews. They are scammers.

Disappointing experience. I have bought from them before which is why I went ahead and placed another order. Three weeks since placing the order I did not receive any communication as to the status of my order. I had to reach out few times to see what’s happening. I would have appreciated if they were open about delays. I am ok with delays but no communication about it is what is disappointing. After few tries, they finally shared fedex tracking, however it showed some place in New Jersey and wasn’t useful enough as the status remained item not received by FedEx for weeks. Again no response to this. Finally I received my item and saw it was shipped from India and had nothing to do with FedEx tracking they provided. The jewelry as such looks pretty but makes me doubt if it is genuine given all that it took for it to reach me. Too much hassle to go through all this and would not purchase from them again.

I ordered a toe ring. The package came to home sealed, but the box was EMPTY.

I have tried to reach them via phone, email, and social media. They will not respond.

This makes me believe all of those 5 star ratings are FAKE.

I’m going to write to all of the retailers that they use to sell their items via third-party. This place is unreliable and a fraud. Keep your money and sanity. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE.

I ordered a pendant. VR jewel claim it was "refused" on delivery. The concierge has CCTV and confirmed no attempted delivery was ever made.

I have contacted VR Jewel by email and they just say to contact the American Courier that doesn't reply to emails either.

I have spent almost £200 on an item and VR make no effort.

Avoid at all costs. Terrible customer service

I am so disappointed with this business. Three weeks after placing an order, it had still not shipped and I'd received no updates. And I understand that there are shipping delays and jewelry is made-to-order, but at least let customers know — it seemed like they had simply forgotten my order. I tried to get in touch with them through multiple channels, but I received no response, so I had to open a PayPal case. After opening the case, they instantly shipped my package. I received my order a week later, and saw that it had been shipped from India.

They have a US business address listed, so they could be a little more clear on their website about where their jewelry is shipped from. Their website in fact has very little information, so I looked at their Etsy page, where they state that they ship from the US using DHL or FedEx. None of that was true in my case.

The ring itself is beautiful and appears good quality, so I'll give them credit for that. However, there is noticeable dirt/dust on the back of the gemstone that I'm finding very difficult to clean. If I didn't have to pay for return shipping, I would be sending it back.

Great experience and great product, there was a shipping hiccup but the guys fixed it up and re sent straight away with priority postage. Highly recommended and thank yoi

I truly appreciate their enthusiasm and cooperation whenever we discuss on the designs.
