On reporting was asked to send back at own cost as it was ordered online. Not sure how else it could be ordered.

Ordered a rubber dam set
Ordered a rubber dam set - clamps were of a cheap quality and unusable - one was inverted with the clamps facing the wrong way. Tried to return through email but email has he no response after 11 days. Would not use this company again due to defective products and non existent customer service
