Woodpecker i sensor- 5 stars service
I recently purchased woodpecker isensor from vs dental. The process of purchasing to delivery was very smooth and delivery was quick. Post delivery, the sensor installation was very much straightforward and Danny from sales team helped massively to integrate woodpecker isensor to my existing carestream. Thank you so much Danny from sales team and Matthew from technical team for their quick responses and prompt help with the sensor installation and integration. Highly recommend VS dental to anyone who is looking into buying things from them.

Very happy
Extremely happy with the refine piezo ems compatable handpieces. Tired of spending a fortune on replacing them when the break.
These were a fraction of the price and working great. Slightly more vibration than the original ones but patients still saying absolutely no sensitivity. Bought extra tips too. Will definitely buy again.
The autoclavable cases are brilliant and have even managed to manipulate them to fit the airflow piece in too.
Thanks to Danny for helping me with my order.

I tried 4 times to get a refund for fake/ misleadingly sold products. They only responded upon my Trustpilot review. They then sent me a returns docket, only for me to be refunded £21 against the £661 order returned to them.
They are a bunch of scammers - they knowingly sell fake/ used goods.
I am now going to sue the company (I’ve already tracked down the owners) and I am going to advise other dental buyers not to engage with these charlatans
