A huge and warm thank you to Tiazano today. I am a university professor at the Goldsmiths, University of London and I was supposed to start on a four month research project tomorrow at the Politecnico di Milano, Milan, Italy. These kinds of research trips are so key to the research of both institutions and - thanks t the support of colleagues at Politecnico di Milano everything was in place for me to leave tomorrow. Alas my visa hadn't arrived (I had fast tracked it as much as possible). Tiazano did absolutely everything he could to try and help but alas there seems to be some communication remaining with the immigration organisation in Italy. Even to know that the application is OK and we are just waiting on some final piece of the jigsaw was - if disappointing and frustrating - helpful for me to relay to the Milan university what was happening. There was a whole range of activities that must now be placed on hold. Thank you so very much Tiazano. You were extremely kind this morning.

I spoke to Ben at VS Group as we had a problem with our phone system. He was knowledgeable, patient (I'm not the most tech savvy person) and easy to talk to - we were able to diagnose and fix the issue quickly.

Had trouble setting up WebEx and Georgia was really helpful. She talked me through the problem and it has worked perfectly since. Great customer service.
