Great service from Georgia
Had issues setting up a new work software. Sent a support ticket via website. Georgia sent me an email almost immediately, when she realised what my problem was she offered to call me to talk me through the process. Software is up and running now - thank you so much Georgia!

Mis sold policy, poor service and a refusal to accept any responsibility
We are a small charity and were given a misleading quote which we unfortunately accepted. We have since been overcharged which VS accepted but won’t pay us back immediately, instead cutting monthly costs for the rest of our fixed term. They insist on locking us into a ultra fast tariff which they insist we agreed at the outset though can find no paperwork to prove it. Then they cut us off when we refused to pay, only to reinstate the connection when they clearly realised they had over reached. Since the reconnection the service has been very poor but they tell us we need to pay an engineer to fix it.
This review prompted a response from VS to say that if I take down this negative review they will stop overcharging me for a service I did not ask for and send out an engineer to fix our faulty phones for free. How magnanimous! They will not however refund the overcharging - we have already, as a small charity with 4 full time staff, paid £5k for two years, during part of which our phones haven't even worked!

The system is new to our company and Chantelle has been extremely helpful with all of our queries and the setting up of the portal. If she didn't have the answer she found out very quickly and got back to us. It is great to have that one to one contact and hope this continues as I am sure we will have more questions along the way :)
