Quick delivery. Black November Free delivery wasn't included in my purchase but all in all good.
Delivery did not arrive within 1-3 days. Not even after weeks. Contact was very difficult.A refund was only possible after threatening legal action.

Long delivery time
I have chosen the VVSkpomplett because they state a shorter delivery time than other shops (1-3 days for my purchase). After 5 days have contacted them- they even didn't send the order yet.
Just wasted a week with VVSkomplet and ordered from another shop. Hope to get money back for the delivery which didn't happen.

Hi and thanks for your feedback. We have registered your order 17.11 in the evening. It was processed by us on 18.11 and forwarded to you on the third working day as promised in our webshop. We have registered a cancellation on your order today but by then the package had already been sent to you.
The package must then be returned to us if you do not want to keep it.
