Tl;dr Website states “order before 10am to receive same day dispatch”. They didn’t end up shipping for two weeks, with no company initiated word to me. Box came in damaged.
I emailed them a few days after purchase, got apologies and promises on when the stock came in (the following Wednesday). They did offer to swap out what wasn’t in stock. A week after the Wednesday that stock was supposed to come in, I still hadn’t heard anything. I emailed them telling them what awful customer service I had experienced, they offered a 10% discount on my next purchase…. As if there’s going to be a next purchase?! And if there was, 10% is nothing.
When the product finally came, the box was damaged and open… it’s pure luck nothing fell out.

The delay with your order happened because the item went out of stock due to an unexpected surge in orders. We should have communicated this more clearly and consistently, and I am truly sorry that we fell short on that.
I am also really sorry to hear your parcel arrived in a damaged condition. That is not acceptable, and I completely understand how disappointing that must have been.
We really do want to make this right for you. I would love to offer you a replacement product on the house, along with some extras as a small apology for everything you went through.

AVOID! The worst meal replacement all 3 of us have ever tried
TL;DR: Actually the most awful tasting, gritty, terrible product myself and my housemates have ever tried. One of us said “this is how i would imagine Ricin to taste”. And it was so gritty, not even a nutri-bullet could get it smooth enough to have a passable texture. Please don’t even test it out. It’s the worst thing we’ve ever tried.
We tried vanilla, banana, chocolate, and strawberry… None of them tasted anything like those things (besides BARELY the banana flavour) and they ALL had the exact same chemical poison taste.
Okay so slightly passionate and short review coming. No flavour whatsoever other than pure chemical. It cannot be good for you, nothing good for you tastes like it could kill you... And to use lower quality, potentially inflammatory versions of ingredients such as Folic Acid instead of Folate which is much easier for the body to process is ridiculous when competitors do use folate AND boast taste profiles which are 1000x better and dont taste like pure chemicals without all the chewy grit that comes with Vybey (and we blended it with a nutribullet after the first couple attempts were actually impossible to have more than 2 or 3 tiny sips).
I don’t know what else to say, please save yourselves and avoid, it’s atrocious.

The complete meal shake is simply a really bad product. I tried it while looking for alternatives to a similar product from a different brand and was very disappointed. The taste is much much worse, the texture is terrible - it contains some bits that feel like sand grains and hurt your teeth. The nutritional content they claim on the packaging is ok compared to the competition. Nonetheless, I wont even be able to finish what I bought because it is just to bad in terms of taste.

Hydration+ is a plus
I tried Vybey’s Hydration+ recently and had a genuinely good experience with it. The flavour was pleasant and easy to drink, not overly sweet or artificial, which I really appreciated.
I felt properly hydrated afterwards and, interestingly, didn’t need my usual afternoon coffee, so it seemed to support my energy and focus as well. I’m keen to add this into my routine, both for post-workout hydration and as a boost throughout the day.

Scam
Scam, Vybey ignored all communication when I wanted my order cancelled and not fulfilled. They did not read or respond to any message from me - to say please cancel order prior to fulfillment. As a result of their lack of action the order was shipped. This is just wrongfully taking money from the customer for good they clearly indicated they do not want. All customers should know Vybey's email is their only form of communication and support and if they don't respond to email - there is essentially nothing you can do. They will charge your card, take your money and ignore you.

For the complete meal powder, a great way to improve the taste is blending it with milk or plant milk plus some fruit for a smooth, smoothie style drink.
As for the bars, they are made with 100 percent natural ingredients and no artificial sweeteners or polyols like maltitol or glycerol, which many brands use to make bars softer and sweeter. Because of this, the texture can feel firmer and the flavour more natural. They are designed as a complete nutrition bar, more like a light meal, so smaller bites with a sip of water can really help.

I love the nutrition bar of vybey. Very convenient, I eat before going to the gym so that I can do an intense gym set without getting exhausted. Sometimes I even eat it as a meal when I am too busy. That's the reason why I always have a bar inside my bag. haha. You should absolutely try it once in a lifetime.

Scam Subscription System
I ordered the true greens and it arrived no issues. With in two weeks another batch arrived. I assumed i had double ordered some how. Then after another 2 weeks another batch arrived. I had been sign to some sort of subscription. It took me 30mins to cancel it and the system they use is very hard to navigate the cancellation. The subscription renewed automatically at 12.45 am at night. Giving me no time to cancel as i was asleep. This company uses AI to trap you into a scam reoccurring subscription thats hard to get out of and auto renews your order at midnight.
DONT go near them. The product was good but their system is designed to trap you into a subscription and sell excess product you dont need to take your money.

Speedy delivery, first day of trying the greens. Mixed 1 scoop with cold water and ice. Can’t say I tasted any mango flavour so a struggle to say they taste great! It was however smooth and not bitty and earthy like others. Will continue to trial and see how it makes me feel.
