Neither my new tablet or my new note…

Neither my new tablet or my new note book are able to connect to your VPN. It only works on old computers.

Works well but should improve

In my case, I am still experimenting issues with some of the protocols. They do nt work as expected regarding privacy or localization. Serves are also quite OK but needs to be improve in terms of speed provided.

Sometime instabilities

sometimes the app cuts the connection and shut down. app run instabil an slow down the speed dramatically.

Does what it needs to do

I’ve used Vypr for years now, and it works well. Easy to use, good transfer speeds. As the title says, it does what it needs to do.

Works as advertized

Works as advertized, always connects, I really like the App, although I mostly use VYPR on Linux laptop and desktop.

Everybody (10 different customer service!) was very polite and tried to help but the problem could not be solved.

You have asked for my review many…

You have asked for my review many times. I tried to reject. You persist. I purchased your VPN on a Samsung tablet like 8 years ago. That tablet is dead. I have not used your product since 2009. I am still trying to stop you charging me. You micro charge me 99USD per year because I used your product for a very short period, like 3 months. Stop charging me. You are going to regret pursuing me for this review. I do not care what anyone else thinks. You cannot continually debit someone's credit card $99 per year when they have made numerous approaches to you to cease and desist. The very fact that you are so stupid as to ask e for a review speaks volumes. If there was a negative 10 tat would be generous. BTW, I'm 60 next year. So stop charging me, otherwise you'll be getting a knock on the door....

So I have connection issues sometimes

So I have connection issues sometimes. Sometimes I contact customer support to deal with it other times I just turn off the VPN. So there's that. And you y'all snitched on me to my ISP a few times in the past when I lived in Colorado. Not okay.

To better ensure your privacy, it might make sense to enable the Kill Switch feature in VyprVPN, so that your Internet connection is blocked whenever VyprVPN is not connected. Alternatively, you could try using a download client that allows you to specify which network adapter it uses to connect. If you specify this as an adapter that is specific to VyprVPN, that should make it impossible for your download client to connect at all, unless VyprVPN is connected.

Lack of information

I can't tell if VPN is working with no info on if it is blocking stuff or not. That gets to wondering if it's working or not

On the laptop it doesn't work (I had to install a VPN from another manufacturer), on a mobile it crashes repeatedly and on an old mobile it works perfectly.

We appreciate your feedback. On your laptop, you may be able to log into the VyprVPN app if you first connect to VyprVPN manually using one of the methods here - https://support.vyprvpn.com/hc/sections/360007434832-Windows-10

Once you're logged into the VyprVPN app, you can then disconnect the manual connection, and you should be able to connect using just the VyprVPN app. When you restart the app, and even when you restart your laptop, the VyprVPN app should remain logged in.

The crashing on mobile may be resolved by fully uninstalling and then reinstalling the VyprVPN on that device.

GoldenFrog incorrect debit

GoldenFrog has taken an increased amount from my credit card and has not corrected the error to this day. I am held up with friendly emails in response to my inquiries, but I expect the repayment to be made immediately. If there is any further delay, I will notify consumer protection.

Slow to connect with MacOS Catalina

Slow to connect with MacOS Catalina. A lot of background activity on my iPhone (typically 80%+ of usage) which significantly draws down the battery. No issues on my iPad. All is great on all devices once connected: I find the VPN to fast and stays up. I have never experienced a dropped connection, and I have been using VyprVPN on multiple devices for a few years.
