Horrible half of the times I have problems like not even being able to connect (it stays stuck on connecting forever) I also repaired it which still didn't work and reinstalled it also is slow and not worth the price. Spent $10 to not even be able to connect half the time. I encounter problems half the time I use this.

App did not work with, with multiple errors and despite assistance from support.
It is a pity as I had used it in the past and was very happy; I'm disappointed that the level of service is not the same.
They did however process my refund request straight away and did not place any difficulties in the process, which is appreciated. But nonetheless disappointed.

When it works it is brilliant.
Unfortunately I had to uninstall it when the newest version of Windows 10 came out.
Every time I reinstall it I loose my internet connection. It may be a specific setting but it should be easy to set up, not require a specialist.

Many far away servers have a slow connection so mostly its only advisable to use servers of neighboring countries for stable connection.
lately it didnt work on my laptop because avast always blocked the installation file vyprvpnservice.exe ...the support couldnt help with the issue until I figured it out myself.

I am unable to play Hotstar even if I have India active

It’s easy to use but connection seems to be slow for applications that require more data exchange. Cannot determine if it’s due to the internet connection or use of Vyper, but after one week use that’s what my experience is.

Really bad. The purpose of VPN for me is to try to match the network speed and latency as close as possible, yeah?
Not even in the same galaxy. That being said I think there are more factors of play here and I think it could be my phone provider and some other factors. So in hindsight I think it was a little bit unfair they were the figures from Ookla speed test and they were poor.

Fantastic!! I haven’t had any issues with VyprVPN!! It works just as it’s supposed to.

I have had a subscription to a different VPN and although their service is okay I had a problem with their Windows app launching five minutes after boot although it's switched off.

How fast and easy it was to purchase and download this software, and setup is even faster

Mixed bag.
The positives: It works - mostly. It was easy to install and tweak. It has the excellent WireGuard and IKE2 protocols. There is good range of locations. If you have an internet download speed of 50 Mbps or less then using WireGuard or IKE2 will give you good speeds, (less speed drop-off), that are better than the review sites would indicate. Customer service responds quickly. I bought it on a cheap 3 year deal and it has been value for money for me.
The negatives: It won't bypass censorship, even in the UK where it's detected and blocked by the BBC I-Player and National Lottery. Financial services such as eBay block your account if you're using this VPN. There are starting connection issues where the VPN shows as being connected but a 3rd party DNS test site reads your service provider and IP. (For safety it's always best to connect, then disconnect, then reconnect when using this VPN). Even when connected correctly a DNS test shows local location servers as well as the designated location servers. There are way too many disconnect and reconnect notices to be comfortable with. The VYPR Tap adapter V9, (device driver) is signed as being from 2012! The Tap Windows V9 driver is 9.23.3.601 which is years out of date, (9.24.2.601 was released in 2019 and the current version as of this Jan 2023 review is 9.24.7.601). The default driver installed doesn't work on all machines and may be the basis for problems other reviewers here have had. VYPR claim they own their own servers but if you use their servers and do a DNS check they show as being Google and Amazon servers. Maybe VYPR have disguised their server names - but it doesn't inspire confidence. Multiple PC programs such as Panda anti-virus and CCleaner regard VPR as a PUP, (potentially unwanted program), and quarantine or delete it - so regular reinstalls are necessary. It's more CPU hungry than other VPNs. VYPR sent out an email in August 2022 saying big changes were on the way. Nearly 6 months later and...nothing.
Overall: I wouldn't tell people to avoid VYPR, but at this point it's still a budget VPN rather than a premium service.

At first, I could connect most of the time, but now I can't connect at all. Customer service is always there to try and help, but they give the same old suggestions that, this time, didn't help at all. 4 days, no connection, and when I try other cheaper services, they work right away.
I wasted so much time trying all of their fancy suggestions, whereas other companies, if a server doesn't work, try a new one (that they are constantly working on to provide) and no problems at all.
I'm very disappointed with VyprVPN

Well, it has to do with past experiences. I live in China, and I had used Vypr quite a few years ago with mixed results (it worked for some time, then it stopped working for me..., then I canceled the renewal). So this time I am kind of watching to see if things have improved..., and the very first try has been also a mixed thing. Since you highly recommend the Chameleon protocol for China (and some people on the internet say it is the only one I can expect to work here), I tried it right away..., but it did NOT connect at all. Then I proceeded with the automatic fix..., and this time it did connect, although not with Chameleon, but with WireWard. So far it is working, but, due to the previous negative experience of years ago, I keep in dubious expectation about the future performance...
