Product not working on my mobile device (failed login)
Product not working on my mobile device, never been able to log in. I was in need of a product that would work quickly. didn't have time for long troubleshooting, so I had to ask for refund and use a different product.
Very good customer service, responsive, supportive even though the problem was not solved, and they issues a refund when I asked for it.

Didn’t even work once. I am in China and after many tries to connect I gave up. It’s blocked here on China

Breaks internet connection
As soon as I start the service, I lose my internet connection shortly afterwards. As soon as I exit the service, I am able to use the internet again. This only started happening recently.

I subscribed for one moth and the price was 13 EUROS but they took 13 GBP, this is a known issue from long time and when I contacted the customer service they replied that this overcharge is due to a billing system error caused due the migration. And they promise they will fix it and refund me on extra charge as well. OFCOURSE after reading many reviews on the same issue they will never refund anything. This is really annoying and it's a SCAM.

Easy to use and fast response from support when required with honest and helpful advice and information despite not being able to resolve geo-location issues for the EPL website accessibility from various countries which was due to their identifying Vypr as a VPN and thereby blocking access - just as my previous VPN supplier had - but far better than the so-called No 1 VPN provider.
