Disgusting company that steals your…

Disgusting company that steals your money. Avoid at ALL costs. Sent myself £25.34 from my PayPal, still nothing in the account and no response at all from customer services. Shocking, disgusting, and will be reporting to the FCA if I don’t receive it today.

EDIT: yesterday they decided to put the 1p deposit from PayPal in my account that they send to verify the bank. Very angry as to why they didn’t just add the £25.43 at the same time. Sent them proof of payment from Paypal to their email numerous times with no response. I’ll be contacting the FCA this morning. This money was for my son’s medication that he’s desperate for. How disgusting that a company can just play with your money.

They’ll be closed down in no time. AVOID.

W1TTY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY

Instant transfers sent to W1TTY 8 days ago and no money appears in the account. Support ignore all contact. Sending banks confirmed faster payments completed and received by recipient account. They just keep your money and don’t credit the account balance then completely ignore any type of contact.

W1TTY to Capital One, in USA and I’m still pending the money.

$849.77
it was January 29th at 10:59 am LT.
this is the account in USA.

I spoke with them now and they are not holding my money so they didn’t receive the amount.

Could you please, fix it because is my money?

2 Weeks of writing to support and to emails and haven't received any answer about my account. Don't bother using it.

Issue got resolved but time it took was almost a month still would not recommend.

Money Missing

I transferred money into my W1TTY account on the Friday 26th January 2024, it is now the following Monday and still haven't received my money. No one has replied to me and no one has picked up the phone. I have called over 50 times and messaged and emailed numerous times. Can someone help me with this? This is an absolute joke.

UPDATE: 30th JAN

Still no response to anything, absolutely horrendous and will be contacting lawyers.

W1tty is holding back customers money

W1tty is holding back customers money, nothing works anymore card dont work also i cant transfer my own money to my won account sepa transfer gets held back two days now, most unreliable shady online bank account i rather use revolut cause i never had any issues like that with them.

I will contact my lawyer on monday if i diidnt recieved my money till then.

I was getting payouts from stripe and have been doing it for a while without problem.

No I am missing 439.08€ that should have landed?

I contacted support about this issue however they closed my ticket without any response?!?!

This is horrible

This is horrible. I put some money in my account, my last money. I was going to buy my kids good and WITTY blocked my transfers, I can’t contact them because they don’t Answer. So now I have no food for my kids. I did a transfer back to my account and then they suspend everything. I WANT MY MONEY BACK OR I WILL SUE!

Terrible ghosting regarding costumer support

On Jan 21st I initiated several transactions on your platform using my card. Regrettably, my card payments were denied. Consequently, I find myself in a situation where payments have been deducted from my account, but the intended transactions were not completed.

Adding to my dismay is the fact that my attempts to seek assistance from your customer support have been in vain. As of today's date, Jan 23rd, I have not received any response or acknowledgment of my inquiries, leaving me without a resolution to the issue at hand.

This lack of communication and support is not only unprofessional but also unacceptable from a service provider of your standing. I value your commitment to providing quality services, but the recent experience has cast a shadow on the integrity of your operations.

I hereby demand an immediate investigation into the matter and a comprehensive explanation for the denial of my card payments despite the deduction of funds. Additionally, I request an expedited refund for the payments that were deducted without successful transactions. Time is of the essence, and a swift resolution is imperative to restore my confidence in your services.

If the aforementioned concerns are not addressed promptly and satisfactorily, I will have no choice but to explore alternative courses of action, including reporting this matter to relevant consumer protection agencies.

money disappears from balance while receipent gets rejected limit message

well i am one of a lot who pay with w1tty and money isnatnt is conformed as paymen tin w1tty but the other side fails as limit overdrawn so rejected.
24/ cht is just up to 4pm around and when i have a look inside here...applause, no respondings in chat/email but their teams does the best to respond some bla bla on negative reviews here within hours to keep the storm as tiny as possible.
better take your priority to customers instead of trustpilot so negative reviews would not be necessary hm.
however, a lot of people missing their money, might be a IT issue, might be...better do not think about it.

BE CAREFULE URGENT

Trying to buy something in a shop but shows declained like limits but same time money from account gone. Two shops like this. Then tried to take money from cash machine and shows like limit exceeded and not give me money but same time 500€ from my account is gone again. So two shops plus cash machine and minus 550€ and no staff and no money.
On chat in app no one answer.
On Phone over 90min already no answer Jet.
Emails not answer.
Thinking already to contact my solicitar.

Update: Still not Answering Phone And Not Replying on Emails.
550€ just gone from account and no response ...

Update: finaly received answer.
Asked them also when I receive my money back to account.

Out of business? Seems so.

Had a transfer sent on 17th Jan - hasn't arrived. I have sent proof but no reply on chat since last week. The chat says the company is no longer accepting new clients, so it looks like they've gone bust? I would like my transfer back but no one replying/assisting. No number to call and no reply to email... I think I'm contacting an empty office?
