Originally we traded as Marion's Pets, Middlesbrough through our shop. In 2008 we went online registered as Wacky Pets, and later closed our shop in order to concentrate on our online sales, and bring our many years of experience in the pet trade to customers across the whole country. We only stock the highest quality items that we have tried and tested over out long trading history. We know our customers love their pets just as much as we do, which is why we take the upmost care when processing all orders placed on our website.

After contacting them to say my order had not arrived l received an apology. They could not find my order when attempting to track it and explained the label might have fallen off. They apologised again and would send my order by express delivery, which they did and it arrived the following day. Can't say fairer than that.

It was a quick delivery, but very badly packaged. Very batterd box and the balls were just wrapped in carrier bags. The balls themselves looked nothing like the picture and very sadly...the birds wont touch them. Even the squirrels wont eat .them . Very disappointed . So sorry..but have to he truthful. Wont buy again.

Very sorry your parcel was mishandled by the courier. We have lots of excellent feedback on these fat balls. We know from experience that the birds and squirrels in our garden love them. We will send the courier an email to discuss this issue with them, although we don't get many complaints, so it must only be certain couriers. We will certainly look into this matter.
