Originally we traded as Marion's Pets, Middlesbrough through our shop. In 2008 we went online registered as Wacky Pets, and later closed our shop in order to concentrate on our online sales, and bring our many years of experience in the pet trade to customers across the whole country. We only stock the highest quality items that we have tried and tested over out long trading history. We know our customers love their pets just as much as we do, which is why we take the upmost care when processing all orders placed on our website.

I have been buying suet balls from…
I have been buying suet balls from Robert Dyas the birds and the squirrel loved them but I found it rather expensive so I decided to purchase 100 Winstons fat balls from Whacky pets through ebay on opening the package their is a strong smell of damp perhaps this is putting the birds off my advice is don't waste your money on this product

We have hundreds of excellent feedback for this item on eBay and our website. We also have many returning customers who have been buying them from us for years and they tell us all the time how much the birds love these fat balls. The fat balls aren't damp. They have a high oil content, which makes them softer than regular fat balls. They also don't contain artificial hardeners, which is why the birds love them so much! We buy these in every two weeks so they are always fresh. Thank you

I placed my first order with "WackyPets" to be honest their was a slight delay with the delivery, because of the industrial action undertaken by CWU/Post Office.
I found Wacky Pets to be a very honest Company which acted with a good sense of Honour and integrity, in dealing with my concerns at the time.
