Easy to order having the required item in stock. Just confusion with UPS delivery information which asks for a signature before delivery. It turned out to be asking for a specific delivery request before the delivery could be made. If this had been realised the item could have been received 3 days earlier.

Ok, I have received an item i had ordered on time.

Thursday 27th Oct 2020 I called Wades to see if they repaired microwaves , The chap told me they didn’t but gave me Number of Mark Jarman Discount Domestics who did , I dropped it off . It was fixed same day for a very satisfactory price ! Wades could have said yes & added a surcharge on for there selves but they didn’t . I will recommend Wades & Discount Domestics to everyone for their helpfulness & HONESTY

Arrived within the allotted time and sorted out my televisions with ease explaining how they worked, plus moved my old one to another room. My freezer, which I’m very happy with, was delivered at the same time. A lovely company to deal with I’ll certainly use them again!

I ordered a tumble dryer yesterday afternoon. Luke was great, helping with the finance, I didn't even need to go into the shop. It was delivered and installed by 10am today. Faultless customer service.

I needed a chest freezer but they were out of stock, I was told when they would be getting some in and that they could deliver the same day they came in. Excellent customer service.

I would always try Wades first for excellent choice and service. Amazing range of goods and services and their daily updates kept us all informed of stock during lockdown. Have made many varied purchases over the years and would highly recommend Wades for all DIY, hardware and electrical goods.

This local store just have everything, and if they haven’t got it they will try and get it for you. Service is wonderful and they will go that extra mile to help where they can. We are so lucky to have them in Ramsey!

Excellent service, at the beginning of lock down I purchased a washing machine. It was delivered to my back door within two hours, due to the pandemic restriction Wades were unable to enter the house therefore my husband fitted the machine. From purchase to completing first wash about three hours.
