I needed a fridge freezer asap as mine had gone wrong. The service was friendly I was told everything I needed to know about the appliance and the store didn’t try to sell me the most expensive appliance . They sold me exactly what I needed and delivered it in 90mins 👍. Brilliant! the so called larger companies don’t offer such good service.

Excellent service from Wades. A mix up occurred with my delivery address but a phone call to the store ensured they altered it without any problem and despatched the item immediately. They also sent me confirmation of the change by emailing me a copy of the UPS delivery note. Item arrived promptly and safely.

I was looking for a new cutlery set, and having chosen one, then found out it was sold out everywhere…..apart from Wades that is.
I ordered the goods and they arrived very well packaged and in excellent time.
