I only received one part of my order and that was the 1 liter bottle. It taste like regular sink water. I’m so disappointed. I was hoping for something comparable to Fiji. If my 2nd shipment taste the same then I won’t be reordering.

Product was completely damaged, I’ve called and emailed customer support and no one ever called me back or emailed me back! This is highly unprofessional. I’m not sure if I want to even keep open my monthly subscription with Waiākea at this point.

The product is wonderful
The product is wonderful! The shipping process needs improved. First box arrived with box wet and looked like FedEx added extra tape on one corner to prevent it from tearing open. One bottle had leaked. Still waiting for the second box to arrive, FedEx says it is delayed. I am wondering if the second box is going through the same problem.
