In my first shipment
In my first shipment, 2 bottles had been broken, and leaked all over the box. When I picked the box up from my porch, the entire bottom of the box fell out and the water went tumbling all over my sidewalk, breaking 3 more bottles. I realize you cannot necessarily control the delivery service, but perhaps better packing?

Your Waters are amazing! I know travels from Hawaii to the east coast USA. However need to get a better shipping company or package tighter in order not to get bottles damaged.

First Waiakea shipment.
Great responsiveness from Waiakea on my order from start to finish. Good value. My only complaint is that the freshness of water from bottle to bottle is not consistent. Roughly 20% of the several bottles I've purchased are lacking in taste from a typical bottle. I can tell the difference. Fix this, and Waiakea will have a 5 star product.

The best way to start and finish your day
I ordered water, sparkling water and coffee. The order was processed and delivered quickly. The sparkling water is my favorite. The coffee is the best without adding anything. The water makes coffee even better. Couldn’t be more happy.

I really liked the huge box of water. I was put off by the 6 pack of bottled water, every one was damaged. Water tastes way better than most on the shelves. Still my only go to. Would I order online again, probably not.
