While leary of being tracked online, I am enjoying being tracked and being more physical. The tai chi lessons would be more helpful if before specific movements, they were shown more slowly. Sometime... See more

This company keep taking big sums on money twice in one month. I got refund. Then they have started again taking more big sums - I’m fed up this happening.. have to again demand monies back.

The app matched the exercises to my ability right now, and I feel like the time frame is perfect for starting over. Is giving me a feeling of confidence that I haven't felt in sometime.

I think for the most part the program is as stated. A quick way to move. With a goal of increasing your stamina and length of workout. There have been a few videos that end with what seems to be a cardio and not a cool down. I like that its quick and can sometimes just throw it in in a busy day.

I never intended to sign up for a subscription, but I was charged and then denied a refund. My experience with the billing process was frustrating, and I felt the subscription terms were not made clear. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this business at all!!

It is very easy to use and to go at your own pace which I really like. I can easily keep track of my exercise and just plan it the way I want.

I don’t enjoy the workout videos. The workouts don’t sink with my Apple Watch.

I contacted Walkfit to put my account on hold following fracturing fibula and right ankle. A 3 month payment was taken from my account without any confirmation or permission for a payment. usually with apple payments you receive an email confirming you want to continue with the app account. . Now you say it takes up to 10 days to recover the payment. this is really not acceptable as i had requested the app to be put on hold until my full recovery 8 weeks ago

This is a fantastic App! Easy to use. Totally worth it! You get motivated to get moving every day. You are able to see your progress. The workouts are tailored to get you started and gradually increase in intensity. The instructors motivate you to do your best.

I love the fact that it records my steps, downside is that I don't always carry my phone since I have a smart watch and you have to download another app to use that, so I just enter the steps later, if I remember. I also like the other options of workouts. The part that made me cancel the app is the cost, I hoped I could do the 28 day workout I bought for $9.99 more than once. That is not true, the rate to keep it goes up to$39.99 a month to continue to have access.

Motivating, keeping track of building steps, knowing and being reminded of what you have done/not completed, wanting to succeed day to day

I had been thinking about doing this for a while and finally decided to give it a try. I like the tai-chi walking workouts. I have only been doing it a couple of weeks but they are short and challenging enough for a 62 year old who hasn’t worked out in years. When I think I don’t want to do it today, I just go ahead and click on it and a few minutes later I am thinking, “Done already?!” Nice!

Paid £9.99 for the app which i really enjoyed. Suddenly £39.99 taken for something I didn't authorise. This is a scam. Would advise people not to sign up. There are better programmes out there.
Sadly, due to illness I'm unable to continue but its been impossible to cancel. So a trial has cost me £50!!
Have cancelled payment. AVOID!

Update: It took a very long chat session to finally get help and honestly I don’t know how it happened. But I did receive a refund for $39.99. I kept the same rating so people who read the reviews will see this.
I would like a refund and it is next to impossible to speak with a live agent. The chat is a useless vicious cycle of non responses. I asked for copies of my agreement but was told they don’t exist. Then I was told to find it through the app which still doesn’t help.
If anyone is considering using this app and paying money then you should take screenshots of the agreement and fully understand what “you are not really signing”.

The quality of app was excellent but when l found due to ill health that l could not continue they very kindly refunded me, which was much appreciated. A great company.

Routine is good but it would help to know when one exercise is finishing and the next one is starting instead of constantly looking at the screen
