Do not use this company app!
I did a trial - for a month. Which was useless. I messaged the company and attempted to cancel. They have taken £39.99 from my account and refuse to give it back. Strongly advise to not trial!
No pre alert or prompt. They just took it. Disgraceful

There were 2 people in the video but the video focussed on the less experienced person whose technique wasn't as great.

I wanted the one off app. I did not want a subscription and tried every which way to avoid it. This morning almost £40 was taken through PayPal. I immediately contacted them and although it is not their policy to refund, they agreed to do so. Fair play to them. Thank you. X

Haven’t done any specific regular exercise in the past 3-5 years but this seems quite helpful & I can feel it. It’s just only on my sixth day only starting this is not even a week but I hope can achieve my target as planned by WALKFIT. Thanks for that.

It is difficult to follow exercises on small phone screen, especially when exercised become more intricate.

I was quite happy to sign up for a three month trial of walkfit programme to see if it suited me but as soon as i signed up and paid the site showed me additional programmes and when i went to look at it it immediately charged me through my Paypal account for a second fitness programme. I downloaded the app to be able to concel the second subscription but there is nowhere to cancel unless you sign up through Google or Apple which I did not do.
I do not feel that the way this company treats its customers meets my expectations so I have decided to cancel not only the unwanted subscription but also the basic walking one I have signed up for. I just need to be able to find out how to do that. I have sent an email but so far have not received a response

You can do the motions with ease. Not strenuous. Before you realize it, the exercises are completed and seven minutes are done. I do these lessons in the morning, which actually have increased my energy throughout the day!!

I have never been able to get it to download. Customer service is a joke. All you can do is talk with an AI agent who continues to insist they can't do anything until I give them a valid email address which I have done numerous times - they have emailed me at that exact email address. I have been trying to cancel for days with no success in getting past the AI agent. I am no involving my credit card company in this scam
