The workouts are doable it seems to keep me motivated to progress I've been able to be consistent and go onto site several times a day completing at least one workout will be exploring more too well worth the money if your not thrilled about exercising this program could be for you engaging and kinda fun if that's possible

I am new to these experiences. I love the presentation
This is my 2nd day that I am on this program and I am loving it. Can't wait to see the change in my body.

It offers very few exercises, and doesn't allow the client to do a repeat session. Not good value at all.
Would not recommend, sorry.

Communication with the support team (Nicole) was outstanding. I was not able to use the app due to personal reasons and Nicole was with me all along and found a suitable solution. Thank you for not giving up and hopefully I will give your app a try in the future.

The workouts are very easy, short and not strenuous at all. This is how workouts should be. Thank you WalkFit.

I really enjoy the WalkFit App it is helping with my weight loss journey. The only negative is the music with the work out I’m doing it’s a bit boring and no real beat to get you in the rhythm. Otherwise yes, it’s a great App

BAD for your BACK. The workout through this app hurt my lower back. I'm in pretty good shape, maybe overweight by 10-15 lbs. I've never had any back issues and walk at least 2 hours a day. But at least one of the moves pulled something in my lower back and now I'm taking pain meds. There are virtually NO INSTRUCTIONS given. Just a video to follow. BEWARE!!

Not for me but customer service was good when I didn’t want to renew

I feel alot lighter and more confident in my appearance
I also already feel alot more fit than usual

I am finding some of the steps hard to follow right away and then they are up to the next step. I try to rewind but it always goes right back to the begining. Is there a way to repeat the last excersize without returning to the first one?

Reply from WalkFit
Steps or time are not recorded beyond the recommended
Some walks I've done are not recorded
Some walks are not mapped properly
After downloading app I was never asked for a password

Having not been able to exercise due to illness I am thoroughly enjoying the journey back to getting fitter. The goals I am given encourage me to meet them. I have more energy and feel proud of my achievements.

I like the gradually and smooth exercises. I like seeing 2 different models exercising but think that I would follow it better with one model on a wider screen. The blousy top and wide-legged pants distract me from seeing the moves better.

This program is just right for me.
It helps to loosen my back and gently works on core strength.

I am 85 and find it hard to keep up.makes me out of breath

Reply from WalkFit
It helps motivate me to do a workout every day. Mainly because the exercises are not extremely challenging. They are just right for my body’s ability.
