I needed a change from my routine…

I needed a change from my routine exercises, and was discouraged that my middle wasn't changing with what I was doing. Looked into the program after seeing an ad, and signed up for a 3 month subscription. I like that it asks questions about your age and current level of fitness. I did not add my regular walking to the equation, but am very happy with the daily exercises and additional workouts offered. After only a week, my middle has shrunk, and I'm looking forward to returning to my former clothing fit.

Can't fault customer service...........

I hadn't appreciated that I had signed up for a subscription - but I was glad that once I contacted the company they were able to organise a refund quickly. I didn't like the product, but can't fault customer service

Short sessions that fit into busy days

The 10 minute sessions are easy to follow and to incorporate into the day. After just a few weeks i have noticed better balance due to improved core strength.

For the 1st time I enjoy exercising…

For the 1st time I enjoy the exercises and even my grand children do it with me as encouragement. I started slow but today it felt so much easier and I really felt lighter from inside. I even encourage some of my friends to start it. Pedro

It's not real difficult you know it's…

It's not real difficult you know it's only 8 minutes long I still get out of breath at the end so I guess strong enough for me.
I don't know if I will see any weight loss.

So far WalkFit provides Excellent customer service and support!

While I signed up for TaiChi and WalkFit only last night, I had an important request for WalkFit immediately. They answered it promptly and satisfactorily, which is all one could ask for.
