Absolute rip off if you return anything…
Absolute rip off if you return anything they are trying to charge £8 return fee on a pair of shoes that were £22.
Do not use this company if you are not 100% sure you are not returning anything.
No mention on the website as to how much they will charge so don’t buy if unsure absolutely shocking

Beware returns charges….
On the plus side the items were well packaged and speedily sent. Communication was excellent with the company. The shoes were reduced to a good price of £27.50 plus £4.95 postage. Sadly they had to be returned as they were too big - which cost a further £2.99. I was therefore deducted a total of £7.94 on my refund so I would hesitate to use this company again unless I was very sure that the shoes would fit.

Super service! The shoes I ordered came the next day but unfortunately were too small. After getting in touch, a bigger pair were sent to be straight away before I had returned the original pair - no cost involved. Amazing!!
