Great quality at reasonable prices. That’s not common! I’ve bought pretty much a house load in the last six weeks - duvets, duvet covers, mattress and pillow protectors, pillows and covers, sheet sets, towel sets and various decorative cushions and a few otheritems. Only two purchases were online (the rest were in store at Napier). The latest shipment was missing two cushion covers, as only one was packed, instead of three as ordered. When I emailed Wallace Cotton they immediately confirmed a new order to ship me the missing cushion covers. Mistakes happen. But it’s the putting right that counts! Excellent customer service. I highly recommend dealing with this company. Superb products and great staff behind the scenes and in store.
