Rishi in the office was extremely helpful guiding me through the process to book the course and was very quick to respond to emails if i asked any questions. I was fortunate to have 3 different instructors during my week. All 3 instructors were very calm, knowledgeable and patient. As a company Instructors and the Office they take a lot of pride in there job which was very apparent when my test got cancelled through no fault of there own. They were all very helpful and flexible ensuring I was very prepared for my test that was rearranged with there support. The week training was very enjoyable and I look forward to returning to do my Class 1.

I had a great experience at Wallace School of Transport! Thanks to their excellent training, I passed my C+E reversing and driving test on the first attempt. The supportive environment made all the difference in my learning journey.

My instructor, Gjon, was incredible—knowledgeable, professional, and funny. His patience and guidance helped me every step of the way. Gjon is a Master Teacher!. I couldn't have done it without him!. Reach truck & Counter balance..The instructor was brilliant..I took a 5 day course at the park Royal depo which for once was enjoyable and pleasure...The instructor colin is amazing and makes you feel comfortable and confident..His method of teaching is first class and his experience with professionalism is outstanding...
Everything was excellent from the point of booking with helpful staff guiding you with any assistance you require

Great company to training with HGV. I was C.O.N instructor, with good training methods I pass my class 1 am over the Moon and greatfull forever and ever.

Nobody is happy when they don't pass the first time, I was upset but I learned, and now that I look back, I don't regret choosing this school, I remember the instructor Steve , and the examiner with respect.
