Never received my order.

I never received my order, even though the courier company DPD claimed that they tried to deliver it, not according to my CCTV System at my home. Customer service at Wall Art did contact me and apologised and they said that they would reschedule delivery by DPD, even though I did tell them that I would rather have a delivery by Stevie Wonder Couriers than DPD. I requested a refund, still hasn't happened, but, probably will very soon after this review is published. Never under estimate the power of Trust Pilot...and always remember, the Company values your input, even the negative stuff.

I’m sorry this delivery didn’t go smoothly. As outlined in our correspondence, we investigated the issue with DPD as soon as you contacted us, confirmed the parcel had been returned to our warehouse, and offered to resend it straight away or deliver to an alternative address to avoid any further inconvenience.

Following your request on 23 January for a refund instead of redelivery, this has now been processed. Please allow a few working days for the funds to show back in your account.

While courier issues are unfortunately outside of our direct control, we always act quickly to either resend or refund as requested, and we appreciate your feedback.

Good experience

I ordered two items in frames but one arrived with the glass broken. A replacement was quickly sent without fuss. And I am happy with my two pictures

Lovely art

The item I ordered was delayed through no fault of Wall Art Central, but the recipient of the picture (retirement gift) thought the art was wonderful
Wall art central were very keen to get the issue with the courier sorted and they did.
I would definitely buy more art from this company. Just waiting for the right colour of dog for a certain breed
