My picture arrived creased

My picture arrived creased. When I contacted them they wanted proof but due to lighting it was very hard to get a pictures. Definitely not worth the money. Won.t buy again.

I’m really sorry to hear your print arrived creased — that’s definitely not the experience we want anyone to have.

We do ask for photos when there’s damage reported for our records, and also so we can raise it properly with our courier and arrange a replacement as quickly as possible, but I completely understand how frustrating it can seem.

As we discussed with you when you reported this issue to us, a replacement piece of artwork would not have been an issue at all, but we would require a photo of the damage first.

Excellent, will use again

I purchased a picture of a border collie as a present. Such good quality l have now one of a Spaniel for myself. Highly recommend this company, fast delivery well not the Xmas one but to be expected.

A Review of Customer Experience is Required

Ordered 2 of the same prints - these were presents for xmas. Only one arrived yet packaging stated there were 2 in it. There is no number to call only e mail.
I received no response to my e mail and instead i got notification a new print was on its way. The fact I got no apology and they feel this is acceptable means I will not buy from them again.

It looks like we dispatched the replacement straight away as soon as we spotted the issue, but you’re absolutely right — we should also have replied properly with an explanation and an apology. That’s on us, and I’m sorry you felt left in the dark.

Great Service and item

I ordered over busy Xmas period so took a little longer to arrive but no problem.
Delivered using DPD which is a blessing. Having ordered picture in frame it came well packaged in solid box and bubble wrap. The picture and frame as described. Solid well made frame, so happy customer!
